Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Gamma rays, X-rays, and the higher ultraviolet part of the electromagnetic spectrum are ionizing, whereas the lower ultraviolet part of the electromagnetic spectrum and all the spectrum below UV, including visible light (including nearly all types of laser light), infrared, microwaves, and radio waves are considered non-ionizing radiation.
The frequency of a household microwave oven is 2.4-2.5 GHz, while the frequency for optimal absorbency by water is around 10 GHz.
These frequencies cause the dielectric heating of water. This is why a fire control radar can kill a bird in flight. It is a question of range and power. Home microwaves are not set to 10GHz as this would not allow the microwaves to penetrate very far before giving up their energy. Your food would end up with a cold center and a super-heated surface.

It’s a quibble, but from what you’ve said, if Barry knew Tara’s Tale would take Slow Joe out, he doesn’t look better for having waited as long as he did. He would have looked better making the endorsement early on in that case, then he could get all self-righteous with everyone else that might want Joe out when Tara’s mom talked to Larry King.
For myself, I was thinking Barry might have been angling for a long time to get the VP slot for Moochelle the Marionette, in which case, all of Team Barry could once again swing into paid action. Of course, we know Mike-the-Mooch isn’t up to VP, let alone the campaign rigors of a Torched Presidential slot, but it’s never really been about winning the presidency in 2020, it’s about running the DNC and getting all your peeps collecting taxpayer money from their powerful positions. The dearly-received money will go election fraud (Team Barry’s speciality (see Bob Bauer.)) to hold house slots and elect more Demn senators.

I have long been of the opinion that the Q Operation was constructed and is led by the General Flynn, Admiral Rogers team and that it pre-dates Trump’s announcement to campaign for POTUS.
I believe the program that Q represents has been in place for a long time.
