Jeb is still upset he sucked as a candidate four years ago. I think the unitary promised him his turn and no one thought Trump was for real or a serious contender.
Jeb (PLEASE CLAP) sure has been “hopeful and vocal” about Biden. Why is that? He thinks if he shows himself as “way nicer than Trump,” in a few years he can begin doing a slight turn towards the right and people will be so fed up with leftism, he will seem like the “nice answer” and get the Bushes back where they think they belong. I seriously think the democrats have promised hi a future which they don’t intend to keep, of course, lol.
Just my hunch and I could be wrong.
I think the Bushes would unite with any politician as long as he/she is anti-Trump and it propels Jen back in the spotlight.
2024 Candidates:
Paul
Cotton
Pence (he earned a shot due to faithful service)
They are the only 3 that could win a New Republican Party primary.
Noticeably absent are the names Bush and Cruz and Rubio.
No matter what happens in Dec, you won’t see the name Trump either. Unless it’s one of the kids, still doubtful.

I'm talking about campaign contributions here. Jeb was the first Pubbie over $100M in the campaign, for little or no result. The running joke was he was the worst investment you could ever make.

Jeb Bush just doesn’t have enough charisma to do well in a presidential race. Policies are important, but personality is more important in energizing voters. Dan Crenshaw, Don Jr. and many others have much more personal appeal. 2020 is not fully settled yet, but if Biden prevails, I think 2024 belongs to Trump if he wants it.
Then he should have insured Trump won. Now there is no chance.

Unless you mean he’s waiting for an order of wings, I think this is completely unrealistic. The Right in this country is done with Bushes, and if the GOP establishment is stupid enough to scam him to the GOP nomination in 2024, he will be destroyed by Harris or whatever Democrat runs against him.
