Google has quietly escalated censorship of its market-dominating search engine, adding a range of new topics where human moderators are allowed to manually penalize websites, suppressing them in search results.
If a website is affected by one of these manual acts of censorship, “some or all of that site will not be shown in Google search results,” according to the tech giant.

I can search for photos and videos and articles that I know exist but unless I triangulate my searches (specifying a specific website for example, including youtube) I won’t get a match.
And there has been a lot of scrubbing of Obama and Clinton photos from image searches.
But then the images search capabilities went down 5 years ago when searching for The Beatles might reveal a photo of the Rolling Stones within the top 30 matches. Contemporaries/rivals yes but not the same and not requested. This is not so common with this specific subject now but provided as an example.
Twitter, FB and others have caved to the censorship already. I can’t post Trump name or christian materials anymore.
I get Antifa.com signature under the WH BLUE PIC. They have two WH pics. One with White House underneath and one for FB and Twitter...
Antifa.com was on PRESIDENT-ELECT Biden WH page on Jan 6, 7, and beyond 2021. New Website now...but still using old one w Antifa.com when banning content on Twitter and FB.
I gave up on the Duck a long time ago. It never gave me up to date info and not what I wanted. All other search engines were up to date, not 3 weeks old or non-existent.
I deleted Mozilla after their standing on Trump.
Bing was flat out annoying with all their junk you had to go through.
Just checked on Yahoo and they also have junk on the screen. No, I don’t want to search for Moroccan oil hair products or big and tall men’s clothing.
Google is now putting annoying mind meld messages at the bottom of the screen.
Try startpage.com, which is a Dutch company that emphasizes privacy.
Use Qwant. I do.

Having people with mental issues working for Google deciding what to block can only be a problem.
I recently switched from a web host called Hostpapa which bought out Lunarpages last summer which is what I used for years.
The new host issue was A) I was getting a lot of spam and B) they were blocking MY email sent to others that had key words they did not like such as parlor.com and biden pedophile
When I complained then my email went thru. When I made the switch to a new host I have not had any issues. I even asked them if the did what Hostpapa does and was told no.
De nada.

There is a brand of thermal underwear that I like. It is called Cuddle Duds.
Don’t do a search for that brand of long underwear. For months later the ads that popped up were disgusting.

From the comments :: The problem with Duckduckgo is that they’re a 100% liberal company that donates to liberal causes and their employees donate solely to democrats. Duckduckgo also funds Big Tech by buying its results from Bing. Just a matter of time before they start censoring...
