It’s not “up to us” (i.e. personal choice) if vaccine cards/passports are used as coercion by requiring them to be allowed to live a normal life. Fakes WILL be everywhere, regardless of the FBI who should have better things to do.

They NEVER cracked down on fake Driver’s licenses or other ID documents in Calif when I lived there.

It doesn’t appear any laws are being violated, so why is the FBI involved? The vaccine cards are not government documents, and they certainly don’t have to government seals.
They are all fake.
Resistance to this required “vaccine” is so high among health care workers that they’ve begun giving one another bogus shots, vouching for one another, in order to keep their jobs.
Who is the FBI to say what my truth is? If I identify as vaccinated, they aren’t allowed to question it, or they’re bigots!
The articles never mention what the actual charges are in regards to using fake vaccine cards. What is the criminal code? What is the penalty?
Are these official documents that can be used in a court or are they just for informal proof? In the latter the FBI should stay out of it.
The claim is that 18 U.S. Code § 1017 applies.
“Whoever fraudulently or wrongfully affixes or impresses the seal of any department or agency of the United States, to or upon any certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper or with knowledge of its fraudulent character, with wrongful or fraudulent intent, uses, buys, procures, sells, or transfers to another any such certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper, to which or upon which said seal has been so fraudulently affixed or impressed, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”
The vaccine cards have the CDC seal on them.
