A recent poll by The Washington Post and ABC shows that a majority of unvaccinated Americans will resign from their jobs if employers make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory. Seventy percent of respondents who are not self-employed would quit work if they were not granted a religious or medical exemption. The poll was conducted on Aug. 29 with the participation of 1,006 adults.
Fifty-two percent supported businesses mandating vaccination for employees. Eight in 10 Democrats agreed to such a requirement, while six in 10 Republicans strongly opposed it. Independents were split almost equally on the issue. Only two in 10 Americans said that their employers want workers to get the jab.
“Among workers whose employer lacks a mandate, about 3 in 10 are unvaccinated. Asked what they would likely do if their employer imposed a mandate, 16 percent of that group say they would get vaccinated while 35 percent would ask for a medical or religious exemption and 42 percent would quit. If no exemption was given, 72 percent of unvaccinated workers say they would quit their job rather than get vaccinated,” states The Washington Post.
Vaccination mandates are likely to become a major flashpoint as businesses and governments seek to impose these measures on the public. Such mandates are largely fueled by the FDA granting full approval to Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine last month.
However, nonprofit Liberty Counsel points out that the existing Pfizer vaccines remain under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) while there are no supplies for the approved Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine. This might cause confusion, forcing employees to inject themselves with a EUA vaccine thinking that it is an approved one. The group also points out that even if employers implement vaccine mandates of the approved Comirnaty vaccine, workers can still refuse it.

We'll see.
Don’t quit.
I’m beginning to think the way around this China virus is to set aside a time to get sick, prep your self with Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin beforehand and then deliberately catch the bug. Have some of those monoclonal antibodies around just in case.
But the more who threaten to quit may force employers to reconsider their mandates. Most businesses can’t readily handle 1/4th of their employees walking off the job, particularly for such a silly reason.
That was a few weeks ago. Now I notice that they’ve begun offering $400 “bonuses” (bribes) to get unvaccinated employees to comply. I’m enjoying watching them squirm as their tyranny blows up in their faces. From what I understand, there has been a flood of like-minded employees also retiring. Of course. I’m sure the brainwashed drones in HR are licking their chops at the opportunity to fill so many positions with newly-minted “diversity” hires.
I won’t quit. I will just keep logging in and or showing up, until they fire me. I will not take the Gene therapy, and I will not give them my DNA weekly. I no longer trust the medical establishment. Individual doctors, perhaps, but I view them with skepticism also now.
You’re exactly right about human resources departments. They are what the Soviet Union used to call Zampolits, political officers trained to inject Marxism in everyday work. They produce nothing, they contribute to nothing, and they are vampires on the bottom line. Yet, they are treated like there are some kind of special snowflakes in the boardroom.
Back in July, around France....this story started up. Teens (not vaccinated at this point and hadn’t had Covid yet) had gone to new strategy...intentionally getting Covid. They were using social media to hook up with people who did have Covid. Whether a logical strategy or not, they saw this as the best alternative.
With every passing day, more and more evidence comes out about the lack of efficacy of the so-called vaccines and about the damaging side effects of the vaccine. Time is on the side of those refusing to get the vaccine.
Bkmrk.
Works for kids. Very rarely is it an issue for them but afterwards they get life long protection better than any vaccine.
Exactly! Make the, fire you and claim unjust separation. Nothing good will come if you quit.
So many personnelists are exactly that - compliance gatekeepers. The very few are like engineers trying to craft the correct job description and fill to make the business process work better.
LOL.
72% ?
Bullshit.
Go right ahead.
My son mid-20s works for a company that is on the fence about the shot. He will not take it. He has been exposed to covid many times and has worked in hospital settings through the whole pandemic and never got sick. He has his resume updated and ready to go.
He got a phone call from a competitor the other day offering him more $, a higher level position (project manager) and said they will not mandate the vax. He told the guy he will let him know, he wants to see if his company will do he right thing first.
Might be a bit harder to do this in actual practice.
Who has Covid? Because some high-cycle PCR test says so?
How would one know it was Covid as opposed to the regular flu? You know, the flu that has supposedly disappeared.
My husband who worked in IT at a rural hospital found a much better job from home in June. He knew the mandate was coming. Last night, he saw a former co-worker who said his replacement only lasted 2 weeks after realizing he would have to get the vax. Nurses have yet to comply. Looks like the remaining IT staff is there passed 6pm, when we’re walking the dogs or running errands. So happy my husband is out of there.
oh look...
a commie nazi shows up.
what happened to you BUTCHERS BILL???
filthy rat!
