"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Analysis #1.

QVIR could be "quiver" as in Pelosi. She was quoted saying she had several arrows in her quiver for POTUS and many thought she was talking about a missle/nuke.
Q posted a pic of the cartoonist that made a Pelosi with quiver cartoon I believe. Within last couple of months.

Keep in mind that the underscores ( _ ) separate units.

is a US Army division of infantry troops.

1st Marine
is a USMC infantry division.
Two different units, separated in the list by an underscore.
That means both units will be put into play.

I suspect the CPSD is the (mil) planning unit but not sure. (found, includes cyber /F)

The QVIR i've looked for myself and only thing that seemed to fit was a brief semi-mention of an intel unit associated with airborne but I have no real clue. (not found /F)

I live two miles from I-75 and the utility and wood cutting trucks always make a convoy headed to Florida. If we have a really good hay year, which is almost always, all of the farmers here send large rolls of hay to CA and other places out West if their hay doesn’t come in. I’m really surprised CA lets them in, starving cows/horses or not. Regulations you know.

They might no North in winter, but I have never seen them.
