I’m betting that Biden will make it to the convention. Jill will not let him resign early. And she’ll be watching his health.
Right now, Biden is absorbing a lot of flak. Many Democrats like that, as it takes the heat off the rest of them. His handlers will have to be much more careful, though. No more impromptu press conferences. No walking down stairs unaided.
The real trick will be to (figuratively) push him aside at the convention, in favor of someone the party bosses want.

Late August 2024. Post convention, to take it out of the hands of the Democrat electorate and flip it to their smoke-filled room for quick resolution. Everybody recognizes the issue exists, but there are too many libtard factions competing for primacy right now. Indeed, say Xiden croaks a couple days before Jan. 20th and Harris is sworn in for a day and change while Xiden’s body is displayed in an open coffin (no one can tell the difference anyway) at the Rotunda while Trump is being sworn in on the WH lawn.
