And then a woke libtard runs up and hits you with a hammer on the head putting you in the dirt.
No guarantees in life.

Yeah but we can reduce our risks. We should live in a red state. If we have to go to a blue city, we'll have to be careful.
If you live in Baltimore, it's time for you to move.
Crime isn't as high if you live in a nice area where there is law and order.

“positive social interactions”??
Living behind enemy lines in Hawaii precludes that.
Got my wife and kitties, that will have to do to keep me from going postal.

Never smoking shaved off 30 percent off the risk of dyingPretty sure that everyone still has a 100% risk of dying (eventually).

“positive social interactions”?? Living behind enemy lines in Hawaii precludes that.Despite the unbridgeable ideological gulf separating us conservatives from the majority of people in Hawaii, I always found the inhabitants to be - on the whole - friendly and inoffensive.
Your mileage may vary.

Is this from the same government that mandated masking and vaxxines that cause sudden deaths?

Why make a chart like this that indicates never smoking as a lifestyle change?

“Never smoking” is not a “change” that either a smoker or a non-smoker can make.
If the scientists who produced this study would like me to explain that I’ll draw them a picture.

There’s some ambiguity. Is it “never smoking going forward” (which could be a change for someone) or “never having smoked” (which can never be achieved for someone who’s smoked in the past)?

They are. And consider this: The ONLY food I'm aware of that can provide a human with all their dietary needs is pemmican made from grass fed cattle.
Hitting the butcher this morning for a slab of beef tenderloin to make Beef Wellington. Here in Sicily that slab, cut from a free ranging, grass eating cow, costs just $26 for a 2.2lb piece. Tasty and tender beyond belief!

150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week
Wow, at 69 years old I don't do moderate or vigorous exercise, unless you count getting up off the floor as a moderate.
However, I walk at least 3 miles a day, and have done so for over 1000 consecutive days. Love the smart watch that tracks my steps.

Nice, you see the big picture.

Absolutely!! A Sonic #2 all the way with fries and a shake covers all the food groups. And for me if I walk the 1.2 miles from my house to the closest Sonic, I get extra points!

Reduction in the risk of death PERIOD after age 40?
No such things. It’s time for these people to take a writing class.
Now maybe they could term it in average years lived longer if you did this or that, but ultimately, there is NO reduction in the risk of death (100%).
