Fairfax [VA] County Police Department News ^ | 24 February 2024 | FCPD Public Affairs Bureau

Fairfax County, VA – Yesterday, detectives from our Fugitive Tracking and Apprehension Unit arrested Rickey Lowe, 32, of Manassas for stealing a medical transport vehicle Monday night.

Rickey Lowe

Lowe was one of the occupants in a Toyota Corolla that was reported stolen from Prince William County on February 14. The driver of the stolen Corolla, Xxeavius Romoance Marlow, 29, of Manassas crashed after seeing officers in the area of Route 50 and I-66. All five occupants were transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

After receiving treatment, Marlow was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center (ADC) where he was charged with Grand Larceny and was held without bond.

Monday, while receiving medical treatment, Lowe eloped the emergency room in his medical gown with an IV still in his arm and then stole an “MMT” Medical Transport vehicle. The stolen vehicle was found abandoned in the 4200 block of Annandale Road in Annandale. Officers immediately searched the area and Lowe was not found. Our Auto Crimes Enforcement team assumed the investigation and secured a warrant for Lowe for Grand Larceny.

Lowe

Yesterday, detectives found Lowe near a hotel in Manassas where he was safely taken into custody. Lowe was transported to the ADC and served with the warrant for Grand Larceny. Lowe was held on $2,000 bond.

Or, for that matter, decode “...eloped the emergency room in his medical gown with an IV still in his arm”.

This happened on February 14, Valentine's Day, and the article date is today February 24.

The two main characters are Xxavius Romoance Marlow and Ricky Lowe. The name Marlow can also be spelled Marlowe. Both spellings are common.

You can adjust one letter in each of these names and arrive at a Valentine's theme. Romoance - remove the 'o' and we get 'romance.' Lowe - swap the 'w' with a 'v' and we get 'love.'

Love and romance on Valentine's Day!

Christopher Marlowe was a playwright and poet of the Elizabethan era and a contemporary of Shakespeare. His exact birth date is unknown, but his baptism date was February 26, 1564. His birth date is thought to be "a few days before." So this seems to be a February ritual of some kind.

Xxavius. X is the 24th letter of the alphabet. So Xx can represent 'two 24', as in 2/24 - the article date.

The Wikipedia entry for Christopher Marlowe states, "Christopher Marlowe was baptised as 'Marlow,' but he spelled his name 'Marley' in his one known surviving signature."

So this points to Bob Marley. The movie "Bob Marley: One Love" - just came out on...........February 14.

Robert Nesta Marley OM (6 February 1945 – 11 May 1981)

Bob Marley has a February birthday, and was born in 1945. February 14 is the 45th day of the year.

The phrase "eloped the emergency room" may have been (mis)used because it has matching Gematria to the word February.

**Edit/corrections**

The incidents originated with the February 14 auto theft - they did not all occur on Feb 14.

Correct spelling: Xxeavius

In medical world, anyone who leaves the hospital without official discharge or signing a “leave against medical advice “ forms, has eloped the facility. Eloped is common hospital jargon.
