Well,the first flaw in that comment is that there’s a Constitutional Amendment guaranteeing the right to keep and bear arms. There’s no such amendment guaranteeing the right to keep and bear meth...or fentanyl.
I think you start with forced rehabilitation, that person doesn’t need jail, but a jail like facility that forces them to take rehabilitation and feeds them a balanced diet and some period of time help with finding a job and housing and if they screw up then normal jail and after that whatever happens happens

I asked my son who is a cop last night if he had seen anything that bad yet and he said not that bad, close but not to that extent. They had to detain one and take her to the hospital psych ward last week. She said she had snakes crawling inside her skin and was trying to cut herself open to get them out.
