Russian President Vladimir Putin has continued his deranged nuclear warnings to the West, warning Prime Minister Rishi Sunak that London's iconic No.10 Downing Street is on a hit list.

Russian president Vladimir Putin has today ordered nuclear missile firing drills and warned not even Downing Street will be safe.

He told defence minister Sergei Shoigu to prepare exercises in the near future "in order to increase the readiness of non-strategic nuclear forces to fulfil combat missions." A Russian defence minister said it would involve land, air and naval forces.

A ministry spokesperson said: "A set of measures will be taken to practise the preparation and use of non-strategic nuclear weapons." Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev even suggested such weapons could be used against the UK and its allies.

Spare us your tears for the Rosenbergs.

You must be nuts!   Wait a minute, of course your are.   You are a Zeeper.

The Rosenbergs deserved all they got.   Just as the Walker spy ring deserved to rot in prison for giving the plans of the TS NSA crypto gear that I operated in the USAF.

I was only commenting about you getting a buzz with the way Ethel Rosenberg caught fire.

Read the front page of the Wall Street Journal - No one cares about Putin - Ukraine
or Zelensky. It is yesterday’s news. All Hamas - all the time.

Watch the video.   Our side baited Russia into the war at the same time as the Democrats were accusing Donald J. Trump of being a Russian asset.   You are a Biden lackey, on the wrong side of history.

Nice try but they were speaking in 2017 about supporting Ukraine in expelling Russia from the territory it had occupied since 2014. Oh, the horror! This war was started by Russia in 2014, not 2022. But I guess in your mind Russia should be able to seize any territory it wants and no one should respond or do anything about it. That, I guess, would be “poking the bear.”

Yes, it is nothing to do with me or my nation.   Believe what you will, but these cousins have been involved with each other for a thousand years.

I don't want my tax dollars wasted on this petty dispute, especially when we have out Military Industrial Complex feeding our corrupt politicians, raking in the lucre while cannon fodder on the ground are dying every day.

I've posted here before that my next door neighbors for decades were Russian Refuseniks who were finally able to leave the USSR before the Soviets gave up the ghost.   They were both from Moscow, he had been a slipstick engineer in a Soviet Design Bureau calculating stress forces on helicopter rotors, and she had grown up on a collective farm outside of Moscow.   They were proud Russians, proud to be finally free and became proud naturalized Americans.

It's a funny thing, a few days after the SMO she was outside in her front yard gushing about what was happening in Ukraine.   She said she was Ukrainian and was ecstatic the The President of Ukraine was Jewish.

For three decades she was Russian and suddenly she was Ukrainian.   Her only relative is still in Russia and lives in Moscow.   No relatives live in Ukraine.

This all reminds me of our War Between The States.

I answered the question directly. You did not answer my question in any way. Of course your sophomoric sophistry was not enough for you to deal with it.

There you go again. I did not insult you directly, but you have no recourse but to insult me.

When I ask a conservative a direct question, I expect a direct answer.

When someone doesn’t answer directly, they either don’t have a grasp of the facts, didn’t understand the question, or have specific reasons for avoiding the answer.

I asked:
Do you support being $37 trillion in debt as an American (assuming you are one) rising another $1 trillion every 90 days, and borrowing hundreds of billions of dollars at ever increasing rates to pay for this corruption with money we don't have, knowing full well it it may not be us who suffer today, but those coming after us?

You answered:
I support constitutional spending which the Defense Budget most certainly is. If you were really worried about deficits, you would attack all the unconstitutional spending, welfare, and bloated unconstitutional bureaucracies.

That does not answer the question. It is an evasion.

Do you think you can answer the question and engage in rational discourse without resorting to ad hominem attack?

The outer perimeter, is the border of Ukraine, and nothing inside, is Russian territory.

There are many Muslims living in London - doesn’t seem like killing a whole lot
of Muslims would sit well with Russia’s allies.

Yet, Ukraine does not have the ability to recover its lost territory.

IMHO, UKraine could - if Germany firmly takes the side of Ukraine against Russian annex-ploitation.

Russian annex-ploitation must be resisted. But Germany wants to restore trade relations with Russia.

Yet, Germany also will supply munitions to Ukraine, *IF* the U.S.A. leads (and takes the blame).

I favor helping Ukraine with anti-air, anti-drone systems; and, we certainly need to learn and improve upon the lessons.

But the Ukraine ground game really depends upon German production.

I maintain that Ukraine must negotiate for peace, while it can, with what it can, holding on to what it can.

Ukraine notions that Ukraine will somehow be repaid for the damages . . . probably not going to happen.

Russia must STOP.

The communists are always under pressure from their military foundation, to exercise military power.

On occasion, the military command must be tossed a bone. In this case, it was George, then Crimea, then the eastern oblasts of Ukraine.

Russian annex-ploitation will continue until Russia is will to stop bombarding the land that it desires.

Moscow has yet to run into the firm resistance that will convince Moscow to stop drinking its blackout juice.

Okay. I have concluded you are incapable of carrying on rational discourse on this subject.

You resort to the “Putinista” or “Globo-homo” epithets depending on which “side” you think people are taking in anything having to do with Ukraine-Russia issues which is the general tenor of these threads, and you take to it like a duck to water.

I read your Freep Page, and hoped it might be otherwise, since I generally can relate to people with your background.

But it apparently isn’t possible in this case, so I am going to leave it at that.

The copium that you guys are chugging is pretty strong.

But the Ukraine ground game really depends upon German production.

All those solar panels and windmills are a great replacement for cheap Russian natural gas.

KGB Putin doesn’t even recognize Ukraine’s right to exist as an independent Country...

... and you think the rest of the World is the problem?

Vlad is much like Trump, he means what he says and does what he says.

And he has said that the "territory" of Ukraine is Russian property and that nothing will keep him from reclaiming it.

The sovereign Nations of the World... including Ukraine, kinda object to that notion.

So here we are. Trying to support a historically corrupt Nation from the aggression of a historically EVIL Nation...

If 99% of the Muslims in Hamtramck Michigan voted to be a State of Iran... Would you support Iran invading the US?

That is what Putin did in Georgia... and in Ukraine.

Poland and Finland are next. Putin has stated as much.
