A pro-Palestinian encampment in the middle of USC's main campus was cleared Sunday morning by officers with the Los Angeles Police Department and USC's Department of Public Safety, ending a high-profile demonstration that began in April. No arrests or major confrontations were reported. The encampment clean-up began round 4:30 a.m. although USC Annenberg Media reported at 3:51 a.m. that university police officers told student reporters they planned to come in around 4 a.m. and had set up a staging area for the media, which they alleged was too far away to witness any arrests.

A teen who allegedly attacked two of his school teachers is being charged as an adult, prosecutors confirmed - after one of the suspected strikes went viral. Aquavis Hickman, a 17-year-old student at Parkland High School in North Carolina, was indicted on the assault and kidnapping charges last week, Forsyth County District Attorneys said. He is being charged as an adult in the two separate attacks, one of which was filmed. In the first, un-filmed incident, he allegedly attacked a male teacher at the school on February, and in their statement, prosecutors said he did not act alone. Then, last...

U.S. — Forbes has released its newest list of "Most Desirable Employee Candidates", which saw Ivy League graduates slip down just below carnies and the people who wash car windows at stoplights. "We surveyed the top 500 companies in the United States," explained lead author Dan Rollins. "Employers consistently stated they would pass over a Harvard or Columbia grad for a guy with two years of experience operating a Tilt-A-Whirl. It's been quite a shift." According to Rollins, most CEOs stated they wouldn't even bother interviewing an Ivy League grad if they had the option to hire a four-year carnie...

Former U.S. Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE), now the president of the University of Florida, slammed pro-Hamas demonstrators this week who have created chaos on college campuses across the U.S. and the weak leadership at the universities that has allowed the behavior to happen. Sasse’s remarks come after the school released a statement early in the week revealing that numerous arrests were made on campus because the school would not tolerate disorderly conduct that was in violation of the school’s policies. “Higher education has for years faced a slow-burning crisis of public trust,” he wrote in an op-ed at The Wall...
  • School superintendent is fired 'after threatening children who she thought didn't clap loudly enough for her daughter at sports' banquet'

A school superintendent has been sacked after a campaign of harassment against girls she claims didn't applaud her daughter enough. Marian Kim Phelps was unanimously removed by the Poway Unified School District board this week after it 'lost confidence in her ability'. Phelps' vendetta against 10 softball players on her daughter's team at the school district of 36,000 students north of San Diego began almost a year ago.

Perhaps the noblest thing that thinking people can do is let America’s university system implode. Watching these pro-Hamas riots taking place on some of America’s most pampered and privileged college campuses feels a lot like ripping off a dirty bandage only to discover that the foul-smelling flesh is teeming with gangrene. I know that most of the country’s esteemed academic institutions traded intellectual vitality for vapid political correctness many years ago, but still, students waging violent jihad in support of Israel’s destruction are a gut-wrenching sight. These are the same youthful, useless idiots who are always banging on about banning...
  • Camps Intifada: Students for Theocratic Authoritarianism

I’m old. So old that I still believe that classic Western liberalism is the best system for assuring prosperity and peace, and authoritarianism, particularly of a theocratic nature, is a disastrous governance style. Watching the encampments and riots on college campuses, I see that too many young people have missed this lesson and instead support violent, barbaric, theocratic authoritarianism. I think these participants are not representative of a majority of students or voters and that the weak responses of some universities bode ill for their futures. Moreover, I think the Administration’s failure to act on the side of Western civilization...

NEW YORK — Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by the New York District Attorney for allegedly bringing firefighters pizza but without a house salad or cheesy bread. "After a lengthy day in court, former President Trump personally delivered pizzas to New York firefighters without a single leaf of salad or some cheesy bread," declared District Attorney Alvin Bragg. "For the sake of our democracy, he must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and then a bit futher." According to sources close to the investigation, Trump allegedly attempted to feed firefighters without any sides to accompany...

Human intelligence scores are dropping across the US for the first time, research suggests, and experts warn technology could be to blame. Since 1905, there's been a 30-point increase based on scores in logic, vocabulary, spatial reasoning and visual and mathematical problem-solving skills. But there are signs that IQ may have dipped, according to a study last year. It found the average IQ score in the US fell from 100 to 98 last year - the first time rates have fallen since we began tracking them. Now, separate data shows there is a gap of about eight points between states,...

The Chicago Teachers Union's contract is set to expire in June which will soon prompt negotiations between educators and the school board. Union President Stacy Davis Gates said in early March that her proposed contract for 2024 to 2028 'will cost $50 billion and 3 cents.' 'And so what?' Davis Gates added. 'That’s audacity. That’s Chicago.' The teachers union is demanding nine percent cost of living adjustments every year. According to Indeed, the average salary of a teacher in Chicago Public Schools is $67,718. With raises every year for four years, teachers would be getting paid about $95,000 a year...

Shocking video showing a 'transgender' student attacking another girl in a women's restroom resulted in a bomb threat being sent to the school after the clip went viral. The assault at Greece Arcadia high school took place in February and saw the victim dragged out of a stall by her hair by a much larger attacker, described as transgender. Footage of the attack was shared by feminist website Reduxx on Thursday and resulted in a bomb threat being sent to the school, forcing it to close on Friday. Greece Central School District Superintendent Kathleen Graupman said the anonymous threat qualifies...

WARNING: Content may be disturbing for some. DENTON — A criminal investigation is unfolding in Denton after a 13-year-old girl is attacked on a school bus by adults. The bus was leaving Bettye Myers Middle School last week when the 8th-grade girl says she was attacked by someone she says she didn't really know. Earlier in the day, she'd heard rumors that the girl, new to the school, wanted to fight her. "She said if I didn't keep her name out of my mouth, then she was going to beat me up," explained the student we'll call "Nicole" to protect...

In our current social and political paradigm, people tend to see things two dimensionally – usually to the left or to the right. Of course, as current trends bear witness to, this is causing a great deal of social and political friction, which often spills over into violence. Sometimes this is agitated by nefarious forces who have a deeper agenda and sometimes it occurs organically, aided by a spiritual enemy who hates mankind, who hates the Jews and who hates God. The latest trigger point for demonically inspired violence against Jews is the war that Israel is conducting against Hamas...

ARLINGTON, VA — In a press conference held this morning, Boeing sadly announced that a whistleblower had shot himself in the back while falling off a skyscraper directly into a wood chipper while wearing cement shoes. Though the shocking incident is the second such death of a Boeing whistleblower in as many months, the company saw no correlation between the two terrible tragedies that were in no way the results of any type of foul play and were clearly instances of suicide. "We received awful news this morning," said a Boeing spokesperson at the press conference. "It has been brought...

Stanford University, its campus lined with redwoods and eucalyptus trees, has long been known as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. But in recent years, another ideological force has taken root: “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” a euphemism for left-wing racialism. DEI, in fact, has conquered Stanford. I have obtained exclusive analysis from inside Stanford outlining the incredible size and scope of the university’s DEI bureaucracy. According to this analysis, Stanford employs at least 177 full-time DEI bureaucrats, spread throughout the university’s various divisions and departments. Stanford’s DEI mandate is the same as those of other universities: advance the principles of...

Back on April 15, I received an extremely courteous message from Matthew Weinberg, the chairman of the UCLA chapter of Young Americans for Freedom (YAF), inviting me to speak on campus in mid-May. While I was grateful for the invitation and immediately accepted, being invited to UCLA was the equivalent of getting a message from the dentist saying it’s time for a root canal: it’s painful and unpleasant, but necessary. The pro-Hamas mob in the campus encampment, however, might not allow someone as dangerous as me to speak there. Yes, they’re the ones in charge. YAF explained what is happening...

COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY — History has again repeated itself as communism once again devolved into mass starvation. The commies at Columbia University lasted less than twelve hours before running out of food and pleading for humanitarian aid, setting a new record for the collapse of communist food supply. "Okay, time-out on the intifada revolution, we're out of pizza rolls," said Tara Gentry-Smith, protest organizer and self-proclaimed commie. "I'm going to go see if the people we just assaulted will send us some DoorDash. Ugh, why are we always running out of food?" Communist protestors had barricaded themselves in buildings over the...

When Raymond Dolphin became assistant principal of a middle school in Connecticut two years ago, it was clear to him that the kids were not all right. The problem was cellphones. Students were using the devices in class, despite a rule against it. Social media was exacerbating nearly every conflict among students. When Dolphin walked the hallways or surveyed the cafeteria, he invariably saw heads bent over screens. So in December, Dolphin did something unusual: He banned them. The experiment at Illing Middle School sparked objections from students and some parents, but it has already generated profound and unexpected results....

Around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Columbia University students calling for their school’s divestment from Israel escalated their protest by taking it indoors. After nearly two weeks in an encampment on the Ivy’s main lawn, demonstrators forced their way into a nearby academic building, Hamilton Hall, and set up barricades to block the police from the entrance. After evicting two university facility workers, students hung a banner reading “Student Intifada” from the second floor of the hall. In response, Columbia threatened to expel students occupying the building, while the White House condemned the practice of “forcibly taking over buildings.” As students...

A dust storm of political madness is brewing in Phoenix as Grand Canyon University faces the continued threats of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona. Christians have watched as the Biden administration attacks biblical views left and right, with a particularly vehement disregard for the sanctity of life and marriage. As such, it can’t be too surprising that Cardona, a part of this leftist administration, has vowed to shut down America’s largest Christian university. In late October, Grand Canyon University was hit with “a $37.7 million fine brought by the federal government over allegations that it lied to students about the cost...
