Any parent, ANY PARENT wouldn't stop after a few months of their missing child not being found and the apparent murderers going free.

I would also have a little more sympathy for the parents if they would stop harping on Joran's hanging out in casinos, staying out late and drinking, when that's exactly what their daughter was doing.

As far as I am concerned, this whole thing with regards to the Aruban authorities didn't look right from the beginning. The Aruban authorities are more incompetant and inept as the Keystone Kops.

All the evidence points to Joran and his posse dropping something in her drink, and while she could still walk, taking her to their car, and from there to the gang rape site.

It is well known that there is an elistist attitude of the Dutch in Aruba. Which is why the mother of that black man pitched such a fit when he was arrested. She KNEW it would be the usual of blaming the poor for the rich attitude of "I can do whatever I want" and Joran definitely has that attitude. If it weren't for the media's attention (and Greta's too, much to the dismay of many Freepers) they WOULD have gotten away with throwing away the black guy to get the rich elite off the hook.

What is your point exactly? If you had been paying close attention to this Aruban debacle, you would know that the parents have bent over backwards (more like bent into pretzels) to let this "investigation" run its course. Natalie's parents have plenty of evidence of deliberate negligence in the "investigation". They have been lied to repeatedly, which is why the family chose to go public and keep the pressure on the govt.
They have waited and waited for the cooperation of the officials in Aruba to do the right thing and have held back on calling for a boycott, knowing it will hurt many law abiding citizens in Aruba.
After this latest insulting slap in the face by the Aruban govt, Beth & Dave have finally ask for their government's help and intervention. People who question their motives or this govenor's should be ashamed.

What about the video on the net showing her bottomless floating around a pool on a pool raft? Seems like poor judgement to be frolicking around in the nude in front of other dudes like that video implies she did. That one kind of turned me off to the whole deal. She was acting "grown up" and I think that kind of stems from having her childhood ripped like any other kid who gets destroyed through divorce.
Depends on what "issues" they're dealing with......LOL.
