Has there been any real news lately? I missed the latest report.
The latest news is Tim Miller and TES have returned to Aruba with better equipment to search the waters 3 to 5 miles out.
ALE is pretending to conduct another search near the lighthouse area. When offered ground penetrating equipment and any other equipment TES has to offer, Dompig said he'd get back to him on that. Meanwhile, ALE searches by poking sticks in the ground as they walk along.
Aruban officials are condtradicting themselves on the effects of the boycott. One will say "no problem" while another will say "big problem." Diario is reporting loss of tourism. Aruba has not released tourism numbers for the past six months, but other indicators show tourism is down.
Paulus Van der Sloot has been given an official certificate clearing him as a suspect. He has now been sworn in as an attorney and will be employed by the attorney representing Joran. The courts have determined the whole Sloot family can sue for Paulus having been jailed for three days.
That's the short summary of recent news.

I think you've got their number. Aruba really doesn't get it. In one of Cohen's latest statements he slaps the Alabama teens who left the island before being questioned. As if ALE was really on the case that first day..ha! I suppose the teens were supposed to hang out in Aruba for 10 days while ALE took their time in arresting the 3 slugs. Cohen slipped that comment in as if we wouldn't notice the slap. They really don't get it.
I don't know if Tim Miller will be giving daily reports or not. He was on Greta's show last night. Tim is in a difficult situation. He has to stroke the Arubans' egos just to be able to do his job of searching for Natalee. When his job is finished, then we will hear how he really feels about ALE.

Hey, ya'll, I'm outta here in a little while and won't be back til late tonight. Would ya'll please post reports on the Dr Phil show and any other shows of interest tonight.
Dr Phil seems to always do his Natalee shows on the third Thursday of the month...the only day of the month I am too busy to watch his show. It's bunco night, so wish me luck!
