I guess that is what Clinton was trying to do, hit her hair. He missed and only hit her dress. LOL!
I don't know of anything that women wouldn't put in their hair or on their skin if they thought it was able to make them more attractive than the woman in the chair next to them.
I hate to sound crude, but I sure can hear the excuses going around now for some "kinky" acts. "But honey, its been proven to be great for your hair." lol
