Homosexuals have been in every military since we lived in caves. I knew several during my time in the service

That sure is a strange thing to say. No proof of the first statement (only assumptions), and in my 16 years in the Military (Army-combat arms), I never knew one homosexual. Either you are a magnet or there is an interior decorating unit I am not aware of. Very strange.

The Spartan warriors were predominately homosexual, as were those of other Greek city-states, so the cave theory probably isn’t far off.

I was in military intelligence, but I knew several lesbians in military police and two male homosexuals in food service. I didn’t know gay from stray when I went in, but I did have a 128 GT score and the signs are there if you’re paying attention.

They lost the battle but won the war, at least the war behind the lines.

Advanced Placement American Government, standard level American Government and Advanced Placement Comparative Government and Politics.

Fortuitous that this thread has reappeared almost exactly a year later. Now I'm getting ready to go back into work to start THIS school year next Tuesday and I'm already preparing to print this article to give out for purposes of discussion.

In my opinion, a military which has been degraded to the point of attacking its own citizenry unprovoked has lost its moral standing, and being in such a state, is vulnerable in subtle, indescribable ways to the righteous revolt of its citizens.

“14 million—that’s a number greater than the largest five professional armies in the world combined.”

What a nicely timed piece of prose this was tonight! I did my part today bought my first pistol (XDM 40 black with nightsights). Make that 14,000,001.

One question is whether the soldiers will fight Americans if commanded to do so.

Another question is whether the commanders will obey Obama’s orders to turn on American citizens.

Somehow I have my doubts.

Thanks. I followed your suggestion and found this:

“HALBROOK: Shortly before World War I, the German Kaiser was the guest of the Swiss government to observe military maneuvers. The Kaiser asked a Swiss militiaman: “You are 500,000 and you shoot well, but if we attack with 1,000,000 men what will you do?” The soldier replied: “We will shoot twice and go home.”

“The whores of Place Pigalle showed more resistance then the average frenchie “

A dear friend of mine was French Reistance. He was 16 years old when he started. He and his family lived in the South of France near the Spanish border. They would help smuggle American and Brit pilots out of France so they could live and fly and fight the NAZIs again. If anyone of them were caught the whole family would have been tortured for information and then executed.

Do not sell the average Frenchman short. Some of their leaders have been craven and corrupt. But what the hell, look at what we have today.

Remember: You’re betting your life (and that of your family) on that premise. Can you afford to do that? I agree that many Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines will not fire on their countrymen, but what percentage?

This is what really worry's me the internal fighting ,,,, war is a bloody business ,,, and the length of time it may go on ,,

This is a fantasy. Only a small minority of people actually care about this country, their freedoms, or even their own children. Most people are completely loveless and cowardly. They would sooner work 90+ hours a week and watch their children die of starvation than rise up against the leftist rulers.

“We all STILL have too much to lose. When it comes to nothing to lose then its on like donkey kong.Just remember the french resistance and also what the soviets had to contend with.”

That’s your problem. I have nothing to lose. I can die tomorrow before or after breakfast. Just say the word.
