There is a thin line between free speech and criminal action. Actually that line is supposed to be broader than you think. Free speech is protected as long as it is not a lie used with malicious intent or an expression that destroys other people’s property. So, how do you know when you have crossed over from freedom of expression to freedom to be in handcuffs?

Ask Manuel Castro. Wait, you don’t know who he is? Of course you do or gay individuals should. He is the guy that wrote the words “TASTE LIKE HATE” all over the Chick-fil-A in West Hollywood. Police arrested Castro on Wednesday with the criminal charges of “vandalism”. But, while some say he deserves shackles, there are a great number of people in the LGBTQ that agree Castro deserves a medal...

I think they see themselves as the Dada movement, when in reality they are The Pink Swastikas (The website is safe, but the LGBT have spammed the web of trust rating). The L.A. Sheriffs Department patrols West Hollywood now.
