Trayvon’s friend, Rachel Jeantel has explained that race was not a factor in the Trayvon Martin case. She says that she told Martin that Zimmerman was probably following him because he was a rapist (homosexual rapist) because they all know that “they” like ‘em young and that Zimmerman was just receiving a whoop ass for following Martin and trying to rape him.
See, no racial discrimination, just homophobia. But if Jeantel is to believed, Martin laid in wait for Zimmerman, not because Zimmerman provoked him, but because Martin was afraid to lead him to his apt, where Zimmerman might find his little brother.
Oh, and how many “White Hispanics” were on that jury?

It's possible that he profiled TM because he was black. NOT A CRIME.
It's possible that he showed poor judgment. NOT A CRIME.
It's possible that he should have gone unarmed on the off chance that he might kill someone if he had a gun. NOT A CRIME.
It's even possible (HA) that he physically attacked TM first and that Martin was defending himself. THAT WOULD BE A CRIME.
The only problem is that the state couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
If blacks want to be “equal” in this society, then they need to act equally. That is to say, when young, black males are no longer a statistically disproportionate greater danger to other peorple than any other demographic, then they will no longer be perceived as such.
In the meantime, other people have a right to their own lives and property, and are entitled to defend them against anybody, including the racial avengers.
Someone needs to tell Bankhole that Jim Crow was instituted by the Democrats.
