This is the greatest argument against any form of gun control. Anyone remember when this all started and non-smokers just wanted a section of a restaurant where they didn’t have to sit next to a smoker? And now look at its become.

I am very surprised that Biden has not moved to strike down federal laws against cannabis.

Add to this a proposed ban on menthol cigarettes. I imagine organized crime and the Mexican drug cartels will quickly gear up to provide these products once these bans are in place. Too bad the lessons of Prohibition have been lost.

Smokers need to stock up on their favorite smokes now.

It is a great inflation hedge—and if things get ugly will be an excellent barter item.

Seems like a great new tax collecting idea! Lower the nicotine amount per cigarette causing smokers to smoke (i.e. buy) more to get the same nicotine “hit”. Brilliant! More tax money!

Meanwhile they hand out crack pipes like confetti.

The problem they have with nicotine is it isn’t deadly enough.

Wow.. he is a idiot. He better do the gun ban before he take cigs or nicotine out of them. It’s like this admin is asking for it. Pushing and pushing and pushing.

This is so dumb, even from an authoritarian nanny-state perspective.

They’re not making cigarettes “nonaddictive”; they’re just increasing the number of cigarettes you have to smoke to get the same amount of nicotine. And that will give smokers more tar and other carcinogens.

So we’ll get more lung cancer and other smoking-related diseases.

Should create a huge, thriving black market for those who want their nicotine ‘unfiltered’ and un-controlled by the government.

The Law of Unintended Consequences? Will people up their use to > a pack a day? Will all else that comes with the inhaled smoke besides nicotine pose an even greater health danger?
