Come to think about it, it WAS right out of the Clinton Playbook. Media was all for the Van Dams and against DW, from the Gitgo.

Not surprising, especially since the same Liberals (Nancy Grace) defended Bill Clinton..they painted him in a different light than he actually was, and the sheeple bought it. They used their media power to give the VD's the edge and sought to demonize DW. It worked.

Actually, some of David's friends tried. Carmen Genovese and his wife D'Onn, Wes Hill, the loudest was John Neal. David requested, I'm sure on Feldman's insistence, that no one talk to the media and be crucified. He wanted to shelter his kids, and the rest of his family.

I do know that David has some other friends that are out there lurking. I say GOOD FOR YOU!!!! Know that you have supporters. Dusek's side show of smoke and mirrors fed with media induced hysteria DID NOT blind all of us.

I hope that the truth actually comes out in this fiasco. Otherwise the real victims will never have justice.

I've been hollering about this for months. And got pooh-poohed by the jackals for correctly pointing out that they were nothing more than pawns in the game to get a white, conservative, middle-aged man executed. A sacrifice on Nancy Grace's alter.

..I'm not surprised that they wanted to speak out, and I'm not surprised that he, himself, wanted to protect them.

I'm convinced he will go to his grave, rather than bring anymore shame ----(shame, the media thrust upon him!!---sure, he wans't perfect, but how many folks in Souther Cali. could withstand the scrutiny into their private lives as he did!!)----to his family & close friends.....and especially his son.

I believe the man keenly knows how much hurt this has caused his family.

There are many of us who will 'not let this go'. Why? Because there has been a great miscarriage of justice. Distorting the facts, doesn't make it true, it makes it a travesty.

Judging a man in the environment those jurors were in is an injustice in and of itself. They were in an emotionally charged community, had been 'followed', who knows what else. Their own 'weeping' shows there was some type of controversial decision made that they were unable to find the fortitude/strength to say, "This is right, I support this." Lack of strong affirmation makes me wonder.

This was not a 'fair' trial. The judge was exceptionally biased in his handling of the case, its venue, his bench rulings, the jury sequestration, his vacation, the list goes on.

No one who truly seeks justice in the death of Danielle vanDam should be willing or able to let go of this. The TRUE story has NOT been told.

Well, if you're wondering, think about how much we must be wondering. I mean, after all, you've done so much defending of the VD lifestyle, it does kind of make us go "hmmm..." (On this and other forums--on the other forums, we speculate a bit more openly, in fact.)

Excuse me, maybe YOU should the transcripts. The 80 pictures is what the judge ALLOWED into the trial. There were tons more. At one point Feldman tried to use the twisted facts, as you just have, but the judge got very angry and reprimanded him and threatened to allow all the porn in if he tried doing it again.

Speculate all you want. By doing so, you just confirm my jealousy theory. Who sits around discussing other people's sex lives? Only those who have NONE.
