I know I'm a geek, but I'm not that bad
Most folks that know me, know I'm a rabid Trek-fan, comic fan, and SF/mystery geek.
But this is what happens when you live in the basement at your Mom's house past 40.
As I look at those pictures, I keep figuring that this is the guy that The Simpsons' Comic Book Guy character has to be based on.

I won't say the first thing I noticed about his costume. I may need another cup of coffee :D

I'll trade you that suit for a copy of Radioactive Man #1 plus Amazing Spider-Man #14 with the first appearance of the Green Goblin, along with X-Men #94. Then I will retreat to the safety of my comic-book store where I am the only one who delivers ridicule. . .

Oh, dear GOD. I doubt it, because if he lived anywhere near Houston, he'd have appeared at TRF, and we only have the odd storm trooper or Vulcan - no Tron guy yet.

Heheheheh... that is pretty funny. I'm inclined to cut the guy a break though, checking out the site, he was actually attempting to win a costume contest. At least that shows a competitive spirit!
Right? Maybe? Um.
Well, I'm a geek too, so what do I know? (I -can- say though, that I've never worn -any- costume of any kind since I dressed as a "bum" the last time I dressed for Halloween, around, oh, 1983 or so).

Probably a good thing, he might want to show you his light cycle.
