DUmmie FUnnies 10-04-04 AM Edition (HATE NADER! HATE NADER! HATE NADER!)
Various DUmmies and Assorted MOrons | October 4, 2004 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

According to the DUmmies and their cohorts, every vote counts (including dead people) UNLESS you are planning on voting for Ralph Nader. In this case, EVERYTHING must be done to keep Nader off the ballot. Yes, the DUmmies mostly agree with Nader’s far left politics but since he will be drawing votes away from John Kerry, then he is SCUM OF THE EARTH. Read on as Ralph Nader draws the hate of the DUmmies for the unforgivable sin of wanting to be on the election ballot. As per usual, the comments of your humble correspondent are in the [brackets]:

If Nader had not been a presidential "candidate", Gore would have undoubtedly gotten the lion's share of the votes cast for Nader. That would have undoubtedly caused enough states to have cast their electoral votes for Gore. That, in turn, would have prevented the NeoCons from taking the action they took in Florida to take control of the country. You don't like discussing Nader, that traitorous POS? Too bad. If you want to live in a world of fantasy try a few of the Science Fiction forums.

[Therefore Nader MUST be kept off the ballot because he pulls votes away from Kerry. The two-party system is enshrined in the Constitution and interlopers like Nader must be stopped at all costs.]

Persons on the left who will not join in a Popular Front with left-center and center elements under the banner of the Democratic Party are, objectively, providing assistance to the reactionary coalition, by reducing the effective strength of the more progressive one.

[Raise those Red Banners high! Support the Popular Front. Nader must be PURGED!]

Nader is scum of the earth but we can't waste too much time or energy worrying about him. I agree that his signatures must be taken to task. So must the republican help he's been recieving. I also would urge all liberals to show EXCITEMENT FOR Kerry.

[And if you don’t really feel excitement for Kerry, then FAKE it. Oh, and did I say that Nader is SCUM of the earth? How dare he run in an election!]

Ralph Nader passed his peak long ago and he now stands for nothing. His values as well as yours have no redeeming value as they have no practical solution.

[Hmmm…So passing your peak and standing for nothing are good reasons to be removed from the ballot? In that case a large chunk of all politicians should be prohibited from running for elective office.]

Nader can kiss my ass...If he doesn't bow out and throw his support to Kerry, he'll prove he's just a Repub stooge. That and every idiot that votes for him should be personally held accountable for the coming Bush apocalypse.

[Yeah! Nader and everybody that votes for him should be tried as political criminals in a court of law!]

He gets no press, he isn't on most ballots, he never interviews.

[Then why are we so worried about Nader? DAMN HIM TO HELL!]

Sadly, he's on 34 ballots and still fighting in 7 states...He has the potential to be a spoiler.

[And bring about the coming Bush apocalpyse.]

He Is, Dear, A Traitor To The Left And Progressive Movement. He is acting as the witting agent of the worst elements of reaction in our polity, since he is doing everything in his power to secure the election of the miserable reptiles who currently control the government of our country. That, indeed, makes him a traitor to the people and the country itself....

[When you don’t work in such a way that helps the Democrats, it makes you a TRAITOR!]

nadir is a repug ass puppet...whose infatuation with dogging this election borders on narcissisum...(hey is that spelled right?)

[No but it balances out since you also spelled Nader wrong.]

Nader is a whore who wouldn't know the truth if it bit him. The day after he's buried I hope to visit his grave and dance. He's a fascist tool and has even said he wants to be, because it would get more votes for his cause if the United States were destroyed by Bush. There are special places in hell for a man who wants others to suffer to achieve his goals. Well, actually, that makes him just like Bush, doesn't it?

[WOO! HOO! Let’s all do a wild dance on Nader’s grave! It will finally give us a great sense of empowerment!]

If that f*cker swings another election to Bush again...

[…I’ll be going into a PERMANENT Primal Scream mode.]

I hate to say this but to me, whatever his excuse, his voters should realize that a man this out of the mainstream is only helping Bush and is truly UNFIT TO COMMAND anything. He is doing exactly what? Hurting the people who had all of the respect in the world for him years ago. Is this how he wants his legacy to be? The man who helped Bush bring down America. If you know him, encourage him to seek mental health treatment and I am serious, that was not meant to be snide but worrisome. I do worry he has issues that will lead us all into a world we don't want to go. He needs help and not at the polls.

[If you know Nader, please tell him to seek mental health treatment because even the thought of him being on the ballot is driving me CRAZY!!!]

It's FUN to see the DUmmies throwing fits over the candidacy of Ralph Nader. If this election is close and Kerry loses due to Nader's presence on the ballot in certain states like Florida, I think we can expect a massive nervous breakdown from the DUmmies.

The DUmmie FUnnies is now a regular feature so if you wish to be placed on the DUmmie FUnnies PING list, let me know.

I also would urge all liberals to show EXCITEMENT FOR Kerry.

This says it all people! When libs have to urge their own to show excitement for someone they have no regard for.

This is all that needs to be seen to understand why Kerry is intolerable.

There will be no votes FOR Kerry, just against Bush.

The downside to Nader's fight to get on the ballot is that the Dims move their protests through the courts, delaying the mailing of absentee ballots to the military. Its what happened in NM and some other states.

Hmmmm, let's see...If Nader wanted Kerry to get elected he wouldn't be running, I'd guess. It seems reasonable to think that if Nader doesn't care then his supporters don't care if Kerry gets elected or not, right? So why do the DUmmies assume they'll vote for Kerry if Nader isn't on the ballot? Seems to me more likely that the Nader voters will simply not vote if Nader isn't on the ballot. The DUmmies seem to think they own the Nader vote, just like they think they own the Gross National Product. They're always looking for excuses even before getting defeated.

It's Ironic that they hate Nader, Considering how he's one of their own.

A woman bought a new Lexus LS430, and returned the next day, complaining that she couldn't figure out how the radio worked. The salesman explained that the radio was voice activated.

Watch this! he said..Nelson! The radio replied, Ricky or Willie? Willie! he continued....and On The Road Again came from the speakers.

The woman drove away happy, and for the next few days, every time she'd say, Beethoven she'd get beautiful classical music, and if she said, Beatles! she'd get one of their awesome songs.
One day, a couple ran a red light and nearly creamed her new car, but she swerved in time to avoid them.

ASSHOLES! she yelled.....The French National Anthem began to play, sung by Jane Fonda and Michael Moore, backed up by John Kerry on guitar and Bill Clinton on sax.

Thanx. The strange thing is that the commentary has to be off the top of my head as soon as I read the DUmmie rantings. If I wait and think about it, somehow I can't do the commentary. Maybe it's my subconciousness that is doing the writing. Or stream of conciousness? Or is it the same thing?

I visited both New Paltz and Woodstock New York yesterday with my wife. And in both places I observed much visible support for Kerry Edwards. In fact I saw Kerry Edwards tables set up in Woodstock. And of course I saw no GWB support.

But what I also noticed was there was absolutely NO Nader support. I didn't see any Greenies with clipboards. No green stickers or buttons. I conclude from what I saw that Nader is not going to be a factor this time around. He's a 1% now. Whoever STILL won't vote for Kerry would NEVER vote for Kerry, in my opinion, so demonized and hated is the president.

So it's pretty much Bush Cheney vs. Kerry Edwards this time. Even the Libertarian Party, whose candidate I voted for in 2000, is going to get SMALLER numbers this time, I would predict. So it's really gonna be head to head this time I think.

Having said all that (and I was trolling for a thread wherein to say it), it is indeed fun to see lefties get bent out of shape about Nader. I don't see anything like the consrvative vs libertarian debates we had leading up to 2000. Maybe that's due to admin moderators. I don't know. But I think it's because the libertarians are much less engaged, and others like me have converted.

Nothing ticks of a liberal like a liberal running as a liberal when there's a more liberal but less liberal in public so he can be elected because he's more electable... OMG! I think I'm falling into DUspeak!

I believe the democrats have an organized conspiracy to keep Nader off the ballot in swing states. They have gotten democratic operatives to collect fraudulent petition signatures for Nader. This way, when the petitions are turned in, the democrats simply challenge the signatures with the full knowledge that a large percentage are fake. This only occurred to me after hearing that the PA petitions had signatures from "Mickey Mouse". That was no accident; it was intentional fraud by someone. I suspect that laws have been broken here. If this story can be developed prior to election day, it could be worth a few swing votes for the president, or a few write-in votes for Nader.
