Ward Churchill, Bill O'Reilly, and academic fraud

Ward Churcill has attained sudden fame as the author of an essay claiming that the victims of 9/11 deserved their fate, because of their implication in America’s Evil System. His speaking dates on campuses like Hamilton College in upstate New York have aroused controversy and have caught the eye of Bill O’Reilly, the Big Foot of cable news programming.

Bill, whose cable show is now available in Canada, where I live, has a tremendous opportunity with this story.

While it is tempting to dismiss Ward Churchill, professor of American Indian Studies at the University of Colorado, as a fanatical fringe character of no particular significance, he is in fact a prolific and influential author on topics such as white genocide against aboriginals, the FBI Cointelpro program against black nationalists, and the American Indian Movement (AIM).

As we have seen claiming to be a combat veteran in Vietnam may be a precarious claim if there are "inconsistancies" in your story

The bigger point of the author is that over the years these lefty-libs have been able to operate on claims and loud rants rather than evidence and logic. They launch investigations (witch hunts) on the wildest of assertions. The goal isn't to determine anything but rather to create a new platform for their ridiculos fables.

It is high time indeed to call these clowns on their nonsense. Make them prove claims and assertions. Even better make then apologize or marginalize them for their lies and distortions.

So a bonafried wacko has been writing the predominately referenced history text for our nations dealings with Amerinds?

Well that figures and explains so much of the open hostility that many Amerinds have of American society.

But how far does the influence of Ward Churchill and his fellow radical wackos truly go?

Are they partly behind the campaign to eradicate the use of Amerinds as school symbols/mascots?

Are they behind much of the effort to deconstruct Western Civilization?

So much of the hatred directed toward white American heterosexual males comes from looney-tunes like Ward. Will the record ever get set straight?

I guess the crack reporters for Bill O'Reilly missed out on this one....academic fraud and all!! O'Reilly may or may not go on with this one...I think he should because this guy Churchhill is dangerous...considering who his audience is and their age.
