What time are the grammys/oscars or whatever they are called (VANITY ALERT!! RUN!)

I don't usually watch anything like this (i'm 20 yrs old), But I just saw a preview and apparently Lynyrd Skynard and Gretchen Wilson are going to be on there... Also some black chich is going to be singing 'Georgia' and I want to watch it.
I don't know what time the awards show is going to be on, or even what it's called, but i think it is suppose to be a big deal like the grammys? or oscars? Can somebody help me out here? I want to see Gretchen and Skynard. who knows there might actually be something else worth watching besides "yous a gunna suck my d*ck sittin back sippin on gin and juice...yeeeeeuuh" (If you can't tell I do not like GaNGsTa rap - even though the MSM makes it out to seem like there is no such thing as youth interest in real music.)

Yea, I knew.
But it's "Lynyrd Skynyrd"
And I think they are performing live in Orlando tomorrow at the Lutheran Retirement Home - where they live.

who knows there might actually be something else worth watching besides "yous a gunna suck my d*ck sittin back sippin on gin and juice...yeeeeeuuh" I watched the show last year and IIRC virtually all of the rock/alternative awards were not televised. The show was pretty much nothing but Rap, hip-hop, and R&B.
I remember because I was pretty sure that the White Stripes won a grammy but the presentation was nowhere to be seen and I had to read about it on the net.
Yeah, I f***in' HATE rap! (except Eminem)

You know, I may move to Georgia One of these days. And I hear South Carolina is one of the best places in the world to be acquanted with. I can tell you though that Oklahoma sure isin't bad either.

Virginia State Song
Carry Me back to Old Virginny Written by James Bland
Carry me back to old Virginny, There's where the cotton and the corn and tatoes grow, There's where the birds warble sweet in the springtime, There's where the old darke'ys heart am long'd to go, There's where I labored so hard for old massa, Day after day in the field of yellow corn, No place on earth do I love more sincerely Than old Virginny, the state where I was born.
CHORUS
Carry me back to old Virginny, There's where the cotton and the corn and tatoes grow, There's where the birds warble sweet in the springtime, There's where this old darkey's heart am long'd to go.
Carry me back to old Virginny, There let me live 'till I wither and decay, Long by the old Dismal Swamp have I wandered, There's where this old darke'ys life will pass away. Massa and missis have long gone before me, Soon we will meet on that bright and golden shore, There we'll be happy and free from all sorrow, There's where we'll meet and we'll never part no more
