As I posted elsewhere to Doug from Upland: Because Jeanine's championing of the abused woman approaches iconic status, she doesn't have to mention the clinton rapes explicitly. Her mere presence reminds the voter. And voters ignorant of the facts will surely be filled in by Jeanine's surrogates, the new media and the clintons' many victims. Principled feminists will take note and not find it difficult at all to vote for Jeanine. That said, I don't know Spencer, but as I recall, Cox is similarly connected to scandal by way of marriage. As for their relative star power, Jeanine is a fixture on cable, telegenic, eloquent, fast on her feet; which count for more than Cox's 40-year-old, 15-minutes-of-fame marriage to a president reviled by many voters. As for your d'amato et al. analogy, it doesn't apply. The times are different, the demographics are different, and, most important, the goal is different. You can't separate the argument from the goal. And as for your "if not Rudy then not RINO" argument: If it is not silly, it is certainly circular. And by the way, I would not classify Jeanine Pirro as a RINO. She lacks the necessary characteristic of the RINO species--the wimp gene located on the opportunism chromosome. Indeed, Pirro does stand up for arguably the most critical GOP value of our time. She is tough on crime, tough on national security... as opposed to the clintons.... hillary talks:ON TERROR (viewing movie requires Flash Player 7, available HERE) |
should read, "marriage to the daughter of a president..."

Basically, once a year all the feminists march around campus saying how strong they are because together they can march around without fear and take back the night. Of course, they don't venture a few blocks into Harlem, but just hang around campus with security protection. Anyway, they accuse everyone in the planet of rape. When they are done marching, they have a sit-in all night where all the women get up and tell everybody how they were raped. One or two of them give a compelling story, but most seem to be making it up.
Anyway, the one time I watched the rally they were so desperate for rape accusations that they had this one girl get up and tell about how afwul the football guys were on the floor of her dorm. I thought she was going to say that they gang raped her. Well, it turns out that all they did was tear the Micahel Jackson poster off of her door. Anyway, she went to describe that as a form of mental rape, etc. etc.

Does it look like Broadway and 116th to you?
I can't place it exactly, but it is not Broadway and 116th for sure. It is on campus, I think just getting on our off the bridge that heads from the main campus to east campus, but then again it has been 10 years.
At first I thought it was on campus near Schermerhorn, but this morning I changed my mind... not exactly sure why.... ;)
