Please explain to all of us why you defend Casey and Noel. I understand being Christian but even Jesus would say that Casey and Noel's behavior is way off base.
Casey is still a human being and as such he deserves the full legal respect due individuals under the law. He may indeed guilty of this despicable charge but that is up to the courts to determine. I do not believe that he had any connection to Evelyn's death.
Noel, even though she has not been charged with anything yet, deserves the same respect. I believe that she was criminally involved in some way with Evey's death. I do not know that she was - I believe that she was. She deserves, if they are due her, charges to be advanced, indictments to be issued and a trial to commence.
Our courts are due the privilege of judging people in this life and our Lord in the next.
When we individually judge others we are often dissapointed with error. I don't want any error committed in these matters. That is why I'm relying on the results of proper court proceedures to determine the outcomes. Should the court err then there is always the hereafter to correct the matter.
A trial in a cour of law is unnecessary. Afer all, the court of public opinion, and Freepersphere has him guilty, dead to rights. All we need is a rope and suitable tree. The sooner the better...
(that's sarcasm for those of you in Rio Linda...)

Where did Noel attend high school? Or did she.
She graduated when Evelyn was about two from Carrie Lane (an alternative high school) in Charles City. We attended her graduation with Evey and other family members.

If so, so sorry for your loss. On your website you wrote you suspect Noel is guilty of something. I agree with you.
She doesn't act like a grieveing "innocent" mother from what we read and see.

A person contacted me after I removed his posts which I thought were, in my opinion, not in keeping with the blog's stated purpose. It is not set up as a place to post personal commentary. If I allowed posting of that type at all and refused or removed certain posts I would be unfairly editing the blog.
As stated in its header, the purpose of the blog is to keep people updated on events and as a portal for people who may have information and want to contact me may do so.
In addition, I occasionally, when I feel so moved, post my own comments there or comments from readers as well.
So there you are, my posters are amongst you if they wish to be. Please treat each other with respect.
Free Republic is a forum for open discussion and I am open to any criticism here as well as anyone else. I do not want to save anyone from public discussion of their activities.
