Dead fish dumped in national Reflecting Pool

I heard today on Fox (from reporter Jane Skinner) that "thousands of dead fish" were found today in the Reflecting Pool in D.C.

I can find nothing more about this at Fox or with googling news. Did anyone else hear about this? The news video showed the pool packed with floating silvery fish about a foot or more in size. ....some kind of protest? --Marty

There were a bunch of dead fish in the tidal basin this weekend (nobody knows what killed them or how they got there).
