Able Danger Atta Photo Mystery Solved

Sources close to the ongoing Department of Defense investigation into the controversial Able Danger data mining intelligence program, which purportedly identified Mohammed Atta and three other 9/11 hijackers a year before the worst terror attacks in US history, say the mystery person who actually obtained a much-disputed photograph of Atta for the Able Danger team has now been identified.
Ever since the Pentagon-ordered destruction in 2000 of 2.5 terabytes of data unearthed by Able Danger allegedly including a chart featuring Attas photograph that revealed terrorist links and patterns when clicked on skeptics have long raised doubt about the very existence of the chart and the photograph in question.
It has now been confirmed that a female contract employee of defense contractor Orion Scientific, which provided personnel and proprietary software to the original Able Danger operation, has been identified as a result of investigation by the Pentagons own Inspector General.
Identification of the mystery woman lends more credence to claims by Able Danger members, such as team leader Captain Mark Phillpott, Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, and Orion analyst J.D. Smith, among others, that the Able Danger program did in fact identify four 9/11 hijackers well before the attacks.

The 911 Cover-up Commission and Able Danger Cover-up are all an effort by The President not to embarrass his newly adopted brother Willy "Slick" Jefferson Bush.
It certainly seems that way.

Too bad that both parties just want this to go away.

Keep pressure on your senators and reps....everyday, email at least once in the morning and once at night, send them a post card twice a week in snail mail, and call twice a week to their phones and let them know we want this to come out....
They are up for elections now or in 08, let them know if they don't act for us, they don't get relected!!!!
Work, write, call, talk, talk, talk....

As long as there are pure partisan lapdogs who care more about their respective parties than the nation, that's the way it will be.

DOMESTIC TERRORISM ALERT. Please let me know by freepmail if you want to be put on or taken off this list. Thanks.Did I read this right? The Pentagon's inspector General himself has in fact identified the person who produced a photo of Atta for the notorious Able Danger graph, thus supporting the claims of Shaeffer and friends?

Excuse my ignorance on this subject but, what did the 9/11 commission leave out of their report?
Obviously on 9/11 we knew intell missed the attack.
So, is Able Danger another intell arm that missed him?
And the problem is getting the 9/11 commission to include this in their report?
Is this the complaint?
Thanks!

No, the complaint is that Able Danger did not miss them but that their intel was ignored. They uncovered information that could have prevented 9/11. But when the Able Danger team tried to tranfer that infromation to the FBI they were shutdown.
It seems the shutdown occurred because a similar datamining effort run by the Army at LIWA (Land Information Warfare) raised some serious concerns about Clinton and Gore's connections to Chinese front companies and the transfer of sensitive military technologies to China in exchange for campaign contributions to Gore and the DNC.
The Clintons did not want this coming out in the middle of Gore's 2000 Presidential run and all datamining efforts were shutdown, including this one which could have prevented 9/11.
It was then ignored by the 9/11 Commission as part of an ongoing coverup. When some whistelblowers within the DIA and DOD attempted to raise the issue, they suffered serious retaliation to contain the coverup.
To: Calpernia
Thanks, I will read up on this.
But, in a nutshell, our intell was not allowed to act for some sinister reason, or laws that blocked and prevented them from doing so?
I mean, don't we already know about the laws that prevented the "connecting of the dots", and the fact that our intell has been bad for decades?
I guess I just wondering what the goal is here, again, is this effort by Weldon to have this Able Danger intell entered into the record of the 9/11 report, as another failure of intell?
And this should be in our requests to the Senate? To include this intell arm in the report?
Thanks again!

OMG, I see now! OK, that answers my questions, I wondered why the commission would keep resisting if its just another intell problem.
My only question about Atta, is if he really met with that Iraqi like the Dutch said he did.
I would love to hear the truth about that someday.
To: roses of sharon
Our intell couldn't have been too bad if we had pictures of the people that flew planes into our buildings.

I meant intell on Atta's 9/1l mission specifically.
Yes, it was Czech,(yikes its late), i remember seeing a Czech official on CNN the week of 9/11 saying this, even Powell was agreeing that our intell knew this, and CNN's reporter said they were getting conformation from their intell sources.
Then, the next thing you know, it all changes, and CNN's intell sources are suddenly saying it's not true.
Very weird.

Yep, sorry, it was a Czech.
I confused him with the Dutch businessman who is on trial in the Netherlands right now for selling Saddam his chemical weapons, which BTW is another very interesting story we never read about.
I have to search overseas papers for any info.
To: Calpernia
Scary, that only a few short years ago, I used to believe that all Intell sources were on the up and up.
I mean I know that the networks are political orgs, with political hacks posing as journalists, but I always thought when it came to a serious and dangerous situation, that our intell people were on the same page.
Live and learn.

My view of this blog was cautious due to the icons and comments bracketing the story, and I looked at a couple of his other columns. I found the following comment at the end of The Crucible of Censorship:
8. Why do you not turn the Able Danger story into a film
Like the one just released about Wal-Mart or Michael Moores documentaries?
There are lots out on the WEB on 9/11?
A Califonia attorney is now uncovering the cover-up of the Oklahoma City bombing
apparently the FBI new LOTS more than was revealed
The atttorny had a brother who was mistaken for Tim McVeigh and was beaten to death while in jail. The Lawyer is on a rampage to find out why and the courts are awarding him acces to the FBI data base
. under FOIA. To put it mildly, the California Lawyer is RUTHLESS and RUDE and keeps R. Mueller under attack
.with GUSTO! This is the kind of person you need to scare the crap out of the Pentagon
not some whimpy twit.
I am suggesting this line of attack because I am thinking the cover-ups of the 2 attacks are similar
OC and 9/11. Maybe even the causes too.

I was bored and began channel surfing. Nothing much of interest anywhere at all. Didn't even notice the channel until I saw Alan Colmes speaking to Tom Kean. Heard about a half of a sentence. Something about the President and how if when he was governor.............
Having seen more than enough of Tom Kean and his band of obstructionist liars I am firm in my decision not to vote for his son if he is our senatorial candidate.

Is that your opinion or are you just saying that's the way the ruling class thinks?
Otherwise, I think the comment is completely wrongheaded. "A screw-up"?? "the very foundations of government"?? How about real accountability? How about figuring out what REALLY went wrong so we can stop it from happening again? How about rooting out the rot that allowed this monumental tragedy to happen?

"...I confused him with the Dutch businessman who is on trial in the Netherlands right now for selling Saddam his chemical weapons, which BTW is another very interesting story we never read about..." Since it has been established that there never were any chemical weapons, and that all the villages full of dead Kurdish children, years ago, were actually due to the ravaging effects of poor dental hygiene, I cannot see why this man is being held and tried.
Does Ramsey Clark know about this? Does Cindy Sheehan?
My God, man, we've got to tell Dennis Kucinich!

Amazing isn't it, how the MSM can write the script and rewrite history for an entire nation.
This guy fled Dutch authorities and lived in Baghdad for 13 years under an Arab name, then upon our invasion fled to Syria, where he was eventually picked up.
I wonder what he fled with?
