HOLYOKE, Mass. -- Haleigh Poutre's birth mother is expected to file a court motion seeking more of a say in her daughter's medical care.
Allison Avrett plans to appear in Holyoke Juvenile Court on Wednesday.
Haleigh, 12, has been hospitalized since police say her adoptive mother and stepfather severely beat her in September.
About a week after taking custody of the Westfield girl in September, the Department of Social Services sought permission to remove her from life support.

Apparently so : ( I didn't realize that Scientology has such a following overseas. Many of those people were from other countries besides America. Really disturbing stories.
Kind of ironic, isn't it? I can't speak for all LE agencies, but Pinellas Park dropped the ball. The pamphlet is standard issue for all LE, but not all agencies follow the guidelines.
I remember the false charges against the Schindlers. Incredibly hateful. It has been apparent that the Pinellas Park PD works for Greer instead of autonomously for several years. It happens, but it's usually not this blatant. I'm sure no one was censured for those comments at the Rotary luncheon, either.

Oral polio vaccine did that to that man? Not to completely get off track, but there has been a lot of talk over the years about certain vaccines. One of my cousins was born "normal", but developed autism at around 2 yrs old, after experiencing a high fever. Let's hope that baby MB can be treated decently. It looks to me that instead of creating cures and treatments for these disorders, the medical profession wants to take the "easy way out".
A while back I mentioned a kindergarten classmate of my oldest daughter's. I thought that perhaps she had been exposed to too much oxygen in an incubator. Her skin looked burned, she had coke bottle glasses, and had to be carried into the building. I mentioned it recently to my aunt in regards to premature infants, and she told me it was more likely that the little girl was the living product of a saline abortion. In her opinion, too much oxygen could possibly damage the eyes, but not that kind of skin damage would result.

Sheesh, everytime I see the word moonbat, I think of Shindy Sheehan. I feel badly for the innocents who get caught up in that cult/religion. Just what is the difference between Branch Davidians and Scientologists anyway? Why did the BD's get anihillated, but Scientology flourishes. I think the second is more dangerous than the other could ever hope to be.

I thought L. Ron Hubbard started this cult? They use the same tactics, like suing the pants off anyone who critizes their religion, as their American counterparts do. I did not know that Scientology was started in Germany. Thank you for the link.

It was striking at the time of the Waco standoff that the MSM always referred to the Branch Davidians as a "cult." Clearly, in liberal eyes, it is legally and morally permissible to slaughter members in a "cult," including children. That propaganda word "cult" was a death sentence for the Waco group. I think the media had a huge responsibility in drumming up the murderous federal attack on the compound.
And the Pinellas Cty Sheriff's Dept. former Sheriff Everett Rice hired Michael Schiavo -all LE corrupt, all in w/J. Greer.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to ck EWTN out. Terri's murder was the first sign imo that this country was on the wrong track. The second sign was the way the hurricanes were mismanaged. Both events involved dehydration, euthanasia and neglect.

And, I have that cat I rescued before hurricane Wilma was supposed to hit here but then didn't. Wilma went to Miami instead. I named him FEMA.
