Considering this is a far leftist website that pretends to be a "news" organization while pumping out on line polls that spike heavily to the Democrat PR spin, I suspect this merely represents who the Democrats think they would have the easiest time beating.

I already voted for Tanny day before yesterday when I stuck a Tancredo for President sticker on my bumper. If a candidate gets a nod from ME this early on, he is halfway there !

McCain is not going to get the nomination, too many people hate his guts. Looks like a Giuliani-Tancredo race then... I wouldn't be unhappy with that.

I don't think the Dems cherish running someone against Giuliani at all. Not after what he did to their party in NYC!

Internet polls like this are worthless.
Internet polls conducted by MSNBC are uniquely worthless.

Giuliani is socially Liberal. They love the idea of a Republican that is on their side on every social issue because they know what a comple meltdown it would cause in the Republican base. Sorry but there is no reason for Republicans to vote Democrat Lite. I like Rudy but it is President of the USA, not President of Queens we are talking about.

I heard Tancredo narrowly won a straw poll taken of people who live in his own house.

Tancredo is getting a lot of coverage right now due to immigration. While I won't knock Tancredo, George Allen looks pretty good to me early on.
