On Saturday Night Live, Lindsay Lohan played White House Press Secretary Brittany Doyle, a 16 year old girl who has replaced Scott McClellan. Here is an exchange she shared with the actress who played Norah O’Donnell, MSNBC’s chief Washington correspondent:
PRESS CORPS: Ms. Doyle, Ms. Doyle, Ms. Doyle.
MS. DOYLE: [Points] What?
NORAH O’DONNELL: Norah O’Donnell, Ms. Doyle, NBC News, General Zinni and Batiste have both called for Donald Rumsfeld’s resignation and yet yesterday the President said he that he backs Mr. Rumsfeld 100%, is there any chance that the administration will cave into pressure and replace him?
MS. DOYLE: The President won’t change his opinion about someone because people say bad stuff about him. I mean, if someone came up to me and said Norah O’Donnell is a slut, I would still be your friend. It’s not my business if you are super-slutty.
At the end, Ms. Doyle let the Press Corps know that many people do not like them. I think she may have been hinting towards Fire David Gregory.com with this remark:
MS. DOYLE: That’s weird you would say that because he’s [The President] not freaking out at all. I mean if anything, he’s actually worried about you guys. Cause people don’t like you and don’t think you are doing a good job. You know that, right?
Well, I know it sounds harsh, but you should check out the internet, there are these websites and these message boards that are like the White House Press Corps sucks, the Press Corps lame.

Reporter 2: And what exactly is this First Amendment, Mr. President?
President Bush: [beat] Uh you know, the right to free speech.
Reporters: [in unison] AWWW!!! [they begin to fight furiously and clamor amongst themselves]
Reporter 3: [rises] Mr. President, when your administration came up with this "First Amendment," did it not foresee a problem like this might happen? [sits]
President Bush: [beat] Well... We didn't come up with the First Amendment. It was already in place.
TCO Reporter: [rises] What do you intend to do about this "First Amendment," Mr. President? [sits]
Reporter 4: [rises] Forgive me, Mr. President, but this "First Amendment" sounds like a lot of bureaucratic jibbery-joob? [sits]
Reporters: Yeah!
Reporter 5: That's right!
I haven't laughed at a SNL skit in a long time ..
