Good question. We are the supposed "Super Power" but we lose the Iraq war. Talk about encouraging terrorist recruitment-"We defeated the great Satan in Iraq- join us-Allah Akhbar". If they can beat us- they can beat everyone. I'm suprised they haven't made their move in Europe-especially France- should be an easy take over.
The worst part is, most of the democrats think this is just some little problem that can be solved with diplomacy. Did you hear Bill Clinton's joke about it? "You'll be running from a terrorist and trip over an illegal immigrant." It seems sort of funny at first-but- really-it shows that the dems don't think the terrorist threat is real.
