It will in California...
Thanks for the ping..........i think?
The one thing the world doesn't understand is that in a depression, the US will still survive.
Solar Cell Surpasses 40 Percent Efficiency~ (NREL) verified the milestone.
This is from today's patriot post http://patriotpost.us/pub/06-49_Chronicle-print.htm
Very hardheaded realist terms: interest, stability, regional powers. But stringing them together to suggest that Iran and Syria share our interests in stability is the height of fantasy. In fact, Iran and Syria have an overriding interest in chaos in Iraqwhich is precisely why they each have been abetting the insurgency and fanning civil war. Perhaps in some long-term future they will want a stable Iraq as a tame client state of the Syria-Iran axis. For now they want chaos. What in Gods name will a negotiation with them yield? UK Banks Bowing to Risk of Action from US on Iran
********************EXCERPT************************
There is growing evidence that US pressure on Iran is having an impact on what had been Iran's major conduits to the rest of the world through the City of London. They seem to be pulling out of Iran-related business right and left. As one senior anonymous London banker is quoted as saying to The Independent, "The consequences of not toeing the American line on Iran have not been made clear, but we were left in no doubt that we might not want to find out."

It did yesterday, tomorrow might be at issue.
If 'the world' doesn't understand, then the world just might go ahead and do it.
Could also be that the sick banking system of China is about to have a major hiccup.
LOL! Are you back in the States yet?
The Lunacy of Iran won't kill us, the Lunacy of the LEFT will!
If genuine men, who had a sense of just what is coming would wake up and demand that immediate steps be taken to prepare for open warfare with Islam, we need not fear Islam.
However, the Neville Chamberlain Democrat Party will see to it that Feminists will be wearing Burkhas before 2009 innauguration day...as a sign of tolerance.
Sunlight is ~1 kW/m^2 at peak, and only on during the day, and only about .2 of that averaged over a full, sunny day. Less when there are clouds, rain, etc. These devices have holes between them, about half the area or a little less. So say 100 W/m^2 generated, average. So, to equal the power output of a 10 GW nuke, you'd need 10^8 m^2, or 10 km x 10 km of these things, 6 miles x 6 miles - about the size of a city. Care to estimate the real estate cost of that, vs. the nuke power plant? Let alone the cost of the millions of arrays? Solar energy is too dilute to run cities with, let alone nations. Individual houses, maybe, for the rich, but only for the rich. And only then with the generous tax incentives ( = market distortions) provided for "renewable" energy. It isn't environmentally friendly, though, no trees allowed, they make shade.
Sick because it has ingested too many fiat dollars, maybe.
More than that. There are a lot of "loans" made by state banks that will never be repaid. Lots of money floated out that went into vapor, never to return.
China is trying to keep the lid on.
bttt
Hitler didn't have nukes or germ bombs with a religious bent to use it. We may not have time for a Churchill, especially when it is 2 more years to find one!
And Marines were kicking ass in Guadalcanal before Patton saw combat in WWII!! :)
Just like in Iraq, the US has killed more jihadis than they have killed US troops. It's just that they have a higher willingness to lose 10,000 than we have for losing 1,000
Similarly, they will ask the next Dem president: are you willing to send the US into depression during your administration? We didn't think so
