I'm confused on 9/14/1991 do they say they hire the firm or Fred... if you hire a firm why would you have in you minute not the name of the firm but name of one lawyer

The thing is it's nothing if true because as 10/10/1991 he's already hired for something else (mean he was looking before that mean he had no love of the job)....(hell I've done tel-com/computer work for some super hard core left wing wacko...a professional doesn't not ask a customers politics, it would be unethical to refuse a customer with a legit need for the serviced I provide on political grounds)

The issue is the authenticity of the agreement to hire, not when he registered.

It is possible he agreed prior to September, but did not register until October. Makes sense.

I answered my own question. According to the firm's website, Arent Fox is a "dynamic, diversified firm with 26 practice groups and an emphasis on real estate, life sciences and intellectual property".

So we can't tell from that link what Fred was hired to lobby for, can we?
