L.Ron is the only one I wouldn’t vote for. Even with Rudy, I know he wouldn’t shoot our troops in the back. He may dress in drag and try to kiss them on the cheek, but he would let them fight the battle and not defund them while being shot at like L.Ron.

I’m with you on that one. I’d hold my nose and vote for Giuliani, I’d support Romney, I’d enthusiastically support Thompson.
I’d vote 3rd Party rather than vote for Ron Paul.

There are no more Robert Tafts, no more Barry Goldwaters, not even any more Ronald Reagans (as imperfect as he turned out to be after reaching the White House)Robert Taft: fake conservative and opponent of the Nuremberg Trials.
Barry Goldwater: bedwetting loser in 1964 who became a bedwetting liberal.
Ronald Reagan: one of the truly great American Presidents. But imperfect to the drooler who wrote this article.

When I watch Dr. Paul, I don’t see Barry Goldwater but George McGovern. A decent, honorable man whose worldview is just plain looney.

If you really want a winning ticket, give DOCTOR Ron Paul the nomination, and let his running mate be Lyndon LaRouche.

Well said.
I always laugh at those asserting Robert Taft was such a great stateman. Being from Ohio, perhaps because I know better.
I can’t think of a family that has done more harm here than the Tafts.

Why? So we can set a new record for a Democrat landslide in a presidential election?
Why? So we can be laughed off the stage in a presidential debate?

There are a couple of Republican candidates that if they win the nomination I will hold my nose and vote for them. I currently refer to them as Democrat Lite and I think they are just better than the alternative.
Ron Paul does not even fall into that catagory. He is so far removed on logical fiscal policy, and he is plain daft on his approach towards our current military deployments and commitments. There’s just no way that I could in good conscience vote for this guy.
