These wars have produced catastrophic loss of human life, both civilian and military, as well as physically maiming and deforming and psychologically destroying countless numbers of civilians and military personnel. The United States Marine Corps is being used as one of the means of perpetrating and prolonging illegal, unconstitutional and unnecessary wars of the United States. Many enlisted persons never see the benefits they are promised and find out they are not eligible for the educational benefits due to loopholes and they did not receive the training promised or it did not qualify them for jobs outside the military. By ordinance (BMC § 13.28.030; Ord. 5106-NS § 1 (part), 1978), the City of Berkeley prohibits such discrimination; requires employers to post a notice that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is prohibited by law; and provides for a fine of up to $50 per offense for failure to do so.

Do you see now how the loons are operating? They have basically created a commission in the City of Berkeley on Peace and Justice and they are advising the City Council. This is the source of the problem in Berkeley. This is an unreported little known fact. And, the text of their proposal is not in the news because it is so extreme.

So what took law enforcement so long to remove them? Where they ordered not to intervene and remove the protesters from a federal building????
Pull U.S. troops and funding out of Berkely! Cordon the area off to present the spread of the infestation!

Also, UNREPORTED FACT IS that the protesters who chained themselves to the marine office are from the World Can’t Wait which was founded by a member of the Revolutionary Communist Party.
Forget the cops. Call the Fire department. Tell them that someone has chained shut the front door of a public building. That’s a rather striking violation of the fire code and is the kind of thing that has gotten people killed when a fire has occured and the exit doors were found obstructed. Fire Chiefs take an exceedingly dim view of this, and you’ll find a set of boltcutters on every fire truck.

Put the city of Berkley off limits to all personnel for 60 days. That means active duty, reserves, National Guard, etc. Works very well.......even with those living there.

If that’s how the political leadership of Berkeley feels about the U.S. military, I’d suggest they go all the way and attempt to secede, as they apparently no longer welcome the protection of the armed forces or desire to support them.

Federal law trumps local ordinances. The liberals throw tantrums whenever they are unable to get their way.
