Rather surprising. I did not expect so strong a stand from the Catholic church.
CBS 2 News has learned that Francis Cardinal George is temporarily removing Father Michael Pfleger from his position as pastor of St. Sabina Roman Catholic Church on Chicago's South Side.
The other racists in his congregation are outraged.

I'm confident that I can find those racists in America if I were to go to St. Sabina on any Sunday. The building would be full of them.
Please get this man out of the pulpit.
Not sure if temporary removal qualifies as a strong stand in light of the preachings of this raving nutball.
At the minimum he will drama-queen his suspension, and turn it into his crucifixion.
The Archdiocese should announce that Pfleger has been temporarily removed so he could attend diversity and racial tolerance training.
By chance, any relation to Cynthia K. Miller?
He can spend with his adopted children.
I'm sure the Church didn't get up one day and say hey let's remove this guy,,,,,I'm willing to bet they were pressured into doing this, you can bet hildebeast and her people were behind this, NO ONE gets away with insulting the b*tch, we saw what happened when someone made a crack about chelsea, no one messes with the clintooooooooons,,,,period!
Apparently, Pope Bendict is not inclined to look the other way as John Paul did in years past concerning Pfleger's loose cannon activities.
Why that church hasn’t lost tax exempt status is beyond me.
For anyone: How common is the surname Pfleger in the Chicago area?
