Does this mean that Obamas official campaign spams?
In addition to its other faults, Barack Obamas official campaign sends what is arguably spam E-mail. We had been a member of my.barackobama.com, but our account was disabled for posting referenced quotations from Obamas Dreams From My Father that demonstrated Obamas forays into Black Nationalism, referenced excerpts from Michelle Obamas thesis, and similar material.
Obamas campaign certainly had every right in the world to exercise editorial control over my.barackobama.com (even though the disclaimer at the bottom of each page says it is not responsible for the content) by deciding that our material was not welcome there. However, we had the equal right to tell the Obama campaign that its E-mails were no longer welcome at our E-mail address. The following screen shot http://husaria.files.wordpress.com/2008/07/unsubscribe2_post.jpg?w=224&h=300] shows that we did so, and this was the second unsubscribe request we placed.
Note July 5″ and a promise that the unsubscribe would be processed within 12 hours.
[The article then presents one of two group E-mails that were sent from barackobama.com via Blue State Digital well after the removal request. The responsibility to process the unsubscribe was that of BarackObama.com and not Blue State Digital.]
Since the Obama campaign seems to feel that Just Press Delete is an acceptable response to an unsubscribe request, we encourage our readers to do exactly that on November 4. The Delete button says John McCain.

socialist control at its best.
Sue. There are anti-spam laws that are pretty strict. It would be wonderfully disruptive and expensive.
socialism in your home to stay.....
Personally, I suspect it's mostly incompetence.
And incompetence - on top of socialism and racism - is not a good quality to have in a presidential candidate.
If it were not for McCain, I'd say - "good luck, Dems!" - as it is, I'm just a bit concerned about America's future.
What a scary combo.
I've decided to call it "Black Socialism" - a new term for the coming times (if BO makes it to the House).
socialism, and racism = black socialism.
I’ll remember that.
Let’s hope we don’t see this term in the future.
