READER'S NOTE: The following is an update to the original post that explains the theory behind the research, and to assist those who have not read any of my previous posts. Also, comments have been reopened.
BREAKING NEWS! Blog contributor, TechDude, has released a long-awaited document that represents a cooperative venture among myself, TechDude, and TexasDarlin. By combining my original analyses along with his own, TechDude has validated what I have been saying since June 19 -- that the images posted on the Daily Kos website, the Obama campaign website, and the FactCheck website are indeed, fakes, frauds, and forgeries. We have demonstrated in our empirically-derived evidence why these images are not genuine, to which the most that our detractors can offer are endless conjectures and ad hominem arguments.
OBAMAS FAKE BIRTH CERTIFICATE: why Im STILL right, and theyre wrong.

BTW, I have re-enabled the comments on my current blog post. I temporarily disabled them because one person was making it his personal blog.
I also updated it with a synopsis of everything I found since my original post on June 19.
But, there is another twist to it that I wont reveal until someone finds it.
Im devious like that.
Finally, we may see the light of day.
Your semantic differential is also quite high, as is the sense of having a diffuse time dilation factor.
I tried to go to you site to read the story and both links gave me a blank screen with FORBIDDEN written at the top.
Born in United States, son of a United States citizen, therefore he is a US Citizen. Simple as that. Sorry, but this is nonsense, and it doesn’t help.
At the same time he buys off on all the sample documents he received from others as being apparently legitimate even though they all have the same "kerning".
In my experience kerning is either on or off in the most commonly used software packages that set up print fields ~ . I find it highly unlikely that Hawaii's techs always turn it on after a re-install ~ which, since 2003/4 is usually done almost every day on most large systems. Just one of the little minor irritants that drove so many of us to start retirement at the same time ~ let's define it as "the moment you realize your NORMAL format ain't NORMAL and you gotta' go through and recreate it. This problem was devastating for pre-formatted "bed bug" letters, or stock paragraphs in more informative letters.
En zo, what do you imagine are the odds that this guy "got a dose" of equally questionable documents where the guy preping the goods RESET KERNING TO ON everyday?
You realize we had the same problem with the Rather forgeries. There we knew that "back in the day" kerning wasn't available to the degree it had become with the arrival of Word. So even if 99.999% of every characteristic that appeared in the document could have been done in the early 1970s, you couldn't just TURN KERNING ON, yet it appeared the compositor had done exactly that.
Now we have another batch of documents ~ purported to be the test documents used to compare against the KOS document, and they, too have KERNING ON.
Do we have the same guy ginning up stuff for us instead of Dan Rather this time?
I will ask him this morning.
The rest of the problems seem to arise out of the use of a low-res scanner (maybe a cellphone?) to gin an image to dump into any one of several popular graphics programs to "reformat" it for inclusion in a website ~ and what was it, a .gif, or a .jpg? We'd need to know at each stage of the game ~ transformations from one format standard to another and back several times do create strange stuff.
Not sure why. The link takes me to Polarik’s article.
I would like for Obama to actually release his birth certificate. Also, I would like to know if he registered for selective service. If not, he isn’t eligible for federal employement... thus, can’t be president or U.S. Senator?
I’d want the release from Hawaii, not some political organization, before I’d believe it at this point.
If he was not born in the U.S. (like Hawaii), then he can’t be president. If is was born in the U.S. and is just being a horse’s a##, then he loses credibiity and won’t be president.
At any rate, he ought to be about full disclosure. When a person runs for the highest office in the land, life becomes an open book. He ought to have known that.
So just have Hawaii release the birth certificate, if, in fact it exists.
Barry O. is hiding behind too many clouds. His Illinois senate record is one of the other clouds.
Amazingly just about everything you guys have to say about the digital image purported to be a picture of Obama’s birth certificate can be said about all the other digital images purported to be pictures of anything on the net.
Your semantic differential is also quite high, as is the sense of having a diffuse time dilation factor.
Having read his analysis and his research...YOU don’t know what you are talking about. Just another ignorant statement from someone sounding suspiciously liberal.
Born in United States, son of a United States citizen, therefore he is a US Citizen. Simple as that. Sorry, but this is nonsense, and it doesnt help.
This can be resolved easily ~ offer to pay him a million bucks or something, to get a new one, and follow him around while he gets it.
The rest of the problems seem to arise out of the use of a low-res scanner (maybe a cellphone?) to gin an image to dump into any one of several popular graphics programs to “reformat” it for inclusion in a website ~ and what was it, a .gif, or a .jpg? I need to go back and check it, but in his report, I think he said that the DailyKOS image is straight from the Hawaiian government office. If it did start out as a cell phone image, I don’t buy that causing “pixel shifts” which would need to be your argument.
The discrepancy in the pixels can more easily be explained by the forger making a “best effort” but being too rushed or lazy to check the pixel alignment.
The software for the image from the Hawaiian office would have specific instructions for which pixels to black out.
But to make matters worse, the Hawaiian government refuses to release Obama’s original. They have to be compelled to do so with a big lawsuit. So, we are left with this problem. People in government are protecting Obama. It is very tempting to infer that the truth is being hidden.
Obama could solve the problem by releasing the info, that is unless the info is damning...
Why do you want to pursue this line of nonsense, especially when our own nominee was born in the Panama Canal zone and about to face his own line of nonsense questions?
He didn’t do it alone like he makes it out to be.
Who has verified that?
McCain has to prove he is eligible.
Why doesn’t Obama have to do the same?
Agreed. Which is why we're saying that JPG images are not proof of anything, let alone Obama's genuine birth certificate.
or, so the legend goes.
It's been heading in that direction for a long time. Counterfeit money was probably the first government document to be forged. Teenagers got forged IDs to go drinking. 9/11 perps got forged drivers licenses from 7/11 parking lots. Voter registrars like Acorn forge signatures, candidates (like Obama) challenged candidate application signatures as forged or unqualified to eliminate opposition.
The MSM has run altered photos, darkened photos, mis-reported photos, staged photos, Middle East fauxtography. Just a few weeks ago we had the altered photo of Iran's missile launch.
One of my earliest FR vanity threads was about mandating passports for all citizens for voting purposes, only because tampering with passports for vote fraud would put at jeopardy the validity of the passport to other countries for free travel purposes, a trade-off that I presumed people just wouldn't be willing to make.
So now we have birth certificates. And now we're being asked to accept web facsimiles of parts of physical documents as if they were the real thing, with all the legal authority that comes with the real thing.
I'm concerned about the possible future precedent of reliance on web facsimiles of parts of documents, rather than the actual physical thing itself, especially for something as important as the presidency of the United States. Even with the forged Texas Air National Guard documents, CBS "experts" complained that they were only shown images of the documents, but never the actual documents themselves, and so were reluctant to authenticate them.
Have we learned nothing from that?

Well, that's where I began six weeks ago.
At the same time he buys off on all the sample documents he received from others as being apparently legitimate even though they all have the same "kerning".
Why not? They have nothing to hide, and sent them in as soon as they were asked. The only one who refused and stonewalled was Obama.
Also, "kerning" is not the issue for me, and never was.
We'd need to know at each stage of the game ~ transformations from one format standard to another and back several times do create strange stuff.
Funny you should mention it. That is exactly what I talked about in my other posts. I'm not sure what you mean about a "low-res scanner." How much money does the Obama campaign have? Like $180 million? Did they get their scanner off of eBay? The original scan was at least as large as 2550 x 3300 pixels -- which is not too shabby. I think that it was more like 6600 x 5100, reduced 45% and then cropped.
We'd need to know at each stage of the game ~ transformations from one format standard to another and back several times do create strange stuff.
Again, that was the purpose of my experimentation. I'll be more than happy to send you the 320 test images I made in the process if you'd like to see how I arrived at my conclusions. I don't have the bandwidth to post them all.
BTW, One of my findings is that the image was once an 8-pp bitmap before it became a JPG.
Thank you. Unfortunately, for me it still seems to be “FORBIDDEN”!
“At the same time he buys off on all the sample documents he received from others as being apparently legitimate even though they all have the same “kerning”.:
I’m obviously at a disadvantage here, but one of Techdude’s points was that the layout and kerning on all the known to be genuine certificates (of which he had the originals) were identical, whereas the KOS version was different in both respects, as well as regards the security border.
I mentioned in my blog on June 20th that the Kos border looked nothing like any COLB I've seen. To me, it looked like it was added after the body of the COLB had been altered.
Besides being a drawn graphic, the border had traits similar to dry-transfer graphics, like LetraSet. On June 22. I sent him and TD an almost identical graphic comparing all of the different upper-left, border corners.
In other words, not exactly a TechDude "exclusive."

Thanks. I could get on in the office but I’m still not sure if I can at home. In any case, I can read it now.
First really good photoshop photo I ever saw was produced by some former Army intelligence types who put together Pope John Paul with Hillary Clinton. The picture had his hand on her butt.
It takes more than a photoshop image to convince anyone.
Still, I've noticed that most of the complainers who are kvetching about the two different website images (which were probably run off at different times) appear to be asking for Obama to post yet a third website image ~ which we are supposed to believe is true?
Get real guys, if it's on the net, it doesn't mean a thing.
Ditto! I could not agree more...but why do the Lefties insist that it is genuine?
Read my blog post. It’s simple, and to the point.
I said that the Kos image was very different a month ago.
Your typical Leftwingtard is simply not able to think beyond a couple of steps. They put great store in the value of “magical thinking”.
Great stuff there!
Thank you!
Exactly. I never knew just how loony these leftists liberals until I started reading what they said on the HuffingtonPost.com, which IMHO, is worse than the Daily Kos.
If you're looking for a fast acting emetic, read that.
There has been one, and only one image of Obama's COLB from six weeks ago to today. Copies of the same image are on the Kos, Fight the Smears, and FactCheck. The image is a forgery regardless of where it was posted.
Get real guys, if it's on the net, it doesn't mean a thing.
I wish that were the case, because everything about Obama on the net wouldn't mean a thing.
For the same reason they think Obama is the Messiah. It's called the "Barackholme Syndrome."
