National Security is his reason for supporting McCain, so the above should be THE major part of his speech. Mentioning that Obama wanted to pull out and Biden wanted to divide up Iraq. And, of course, that McCain wanted the surge.

Good reason to turn the channel to C-SPAN2, which will carry a rally with a more interesting lineup of speakers than just liberal Democrats who happen to agree with McCain on the issue that's important to them.
