Maybe now we know why he has twice been found to have committed plagiarism! His own basic understanding of the world is completely inaccurate. This particular quote shows: He makes up things to support his points.

He doesn't know that television had not yet been invented in 1929.
We're not talking about something obscure here, were talking about United States political history.
And to think, when Gov. Palin didn't know which of Bush's foreign policy doctrines has become known as "the Bush doctrine", the news media made it seem that she was ignorant.
I'll predict right now. Biden will resign and Hillary will be chosen as the Democratic VP candidate this week.

The more insidious lie is that Roosevelt didn’t engage in class warfare. That’s all Roosevelt DID his entire political career.

That shows appalling ignorance, especially for a man his age but I think, at this point in the race, it is too late for Obama to throw Biden under the bus.
The scary thing is that the Democrats could still win big on November 4, even with or without a victory by Barack Obama/Joe Biden (or Hillary Clinton as a possible VP replacement)! The U.S. is still presently moving towards socialism, and a John McCain/Sarah Palin victory will probably only slow down the ongoing move towards U.S. socialism instead of truly stopping it in its tracks!

Oh fie fie fie. You've got such a narrow-minded view of history. History is a living breathing document. No wait, that's the Constitution. Anyhow, don't you know that Nixon dropped the atom bomb on Ho Chi Minh city? Or that Douglas MacArthur used anthrax on the innocent victims of Inchon? Or that George W. And most homes didn't have TV until the 1950s. When my Dad bought a TV set in 1953, we became one of the first ones in our town to have one.
It does look as though Biden's new nick name will be "Rocky," because he is as dumb as a box of rocks.
