McCain Ad (The Gloves Are Off Folks): “Chicago Machine”
The Patriot Room ^ | September 28, 2008 | Bill Dupray

Posted on 09/28/2008 6:07:20 PM PDT by Bill Dupray

McCain might as well just flat out call Obama corrupt. This is hardball offense and is a good contrast between McCain the reformer who will clean up Washington versus the slimiest most corrupt type of Washington politician.

If McCain doesn’t flood the airwaves with Rev Wright for the next 30 days, he doesn’t deserve to win.

Go take a nap and wake up when the election is over. We don’t need doom and gloomers like you.

Good ad. Hope this is a harbinger of more to come, and culminates with the Feds’ revelation, at the end of Oct., of what Rezko told them about that corrupt “Chicago Machine”.

I disagree odumbo has to be 10 pts ahead to compensate for the bradley effect and the bias polling. Nevertheless if McCain does not run with wright then he really doesnt want to win

Does anybody know if the Governor is expected to be in handcuffs before the election?

Subliminal messages--covert signals--are often more powerful than overt statements. The best poker players make a living on subliminal messages. Barack Obama’s handlers ought to know this since they had him spouting ’just words’ in a speech, trying to fabricate gravitas by impugning the spoken message. Because of powerful subliminal messages, I would humbly offer that McCain won the election Friday night. Here's how I got there.

Every time John McCain linked his career associations, those he’s worked with like Kissinger, to the recent past two decades history of this nation, he sent a subliminal message that he is ready on day one to lead this nation, even in war and certainly in peace, because he has the contacts to make ‘it’ happen, to get the job done in workman-like fashion. [Which would a conscientious parent trust their four year old with while at the store, trusted grandad or a tatooed and pierced gothic wannabe early teen down the block?]

Every time Barry Obama said 'I agree with John/Senator McCain' he sent the subliminal message that he is a neophyte wannabe. [Who cannot remember an instance in their formative years when they or a close friend was trying to fit into a soical set and used that method to try for acceptance?]

Every time Barry Obama tried to talk over and interrupt John McCain while he was speaking, Barry came across like the typical liberal snot displayed nightly on Hannity and Colmes. [Barack Obama is much more like Alan Colmes than he is like John Kennedy.]

What most likely is settling into undecided minds who viewed the entire debate last night is a stark contrast of a wannabe--junior Senator from Illinois who tells folks to call him to come do his job if they think he can help, Barack Obama, and a man in full, John McCain.

When the debate on the economic issues comes up, all McCain needs to do is attach Obama's tax hike philosophy to the bailout of Wall Street due to democrat forced mortgage dole and he will walk into the White House in a landslide.

Don’t know. Just remember the mention of Oct. 28 as important date in the case.

Can’t you picture the ad (in movie trailer guy voice): 20 years. That’s how long Barack Obama worshipped in a church run by Rev. Jeremiah Wright [cut in with Wright yelling about how America invented AIDS to wipe out the blacks]. He was married in that church [US of KKK A]. He brought his young daughters there to worship, and Rev. Wright even baptized them [Not God Bless America, God Damn America]. 20 years. Is a man who chose to stay and listen to that kind of hatred the kind of man we want as our President? [The chickens have come home . . . to roost].

We are conservatives and we approved of that message.

I saw a good McCain ad tonight called “Bad Advice”. Mentioned Obama’s ties to Raines of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Anything specific? After McCain halted his campaign and wanted the debates postponed? After McCain’s performance in the debate? The poor showing in the polls?

Just a while ago McCain was riding high and obama was on the ropes. The media digs this kind of stuff. It sells airtime and there are still time left on the clock.

McCain is so very smart. Oh yes, he has great advisers but McCain oversees it all. ;o) When he picked Sarah I was shocked how very smart that pick was and that came from McCain.

WaPo squealed like pigs when they saw that McCain had used them as the source for the Raines advice to Obama. The next day they had an article ripping themselves for shoddy reporting on that. It was a riot.

I’m waiting for the one tying Obama and Dodd and Frank together as the fathers of the problem we’re now stuck with bailing out...

Like what W= said... we don’t need gloom & doom from newbie trolls.

So, maybe you should invite some Viking Kitties over to play. It’s a Free Republic tradition.
