Proof of Obama’s Kenyan birth occurs “after” the election, the country demands Obama step down, he refuses, the country revolts and martial law takes over.

Biden said we as citizens wouldn’t understand Obama’s decision, and that we’d have to trust his judgement as being the right one for America (orders martial law). Also, that he has a backbone of steel (he enforces martial law).

That makes sense.

What is puzzling to me is Obammy could make this entire thing go away by just producing his birth certificate. 'Course, I said the same thing 4 years ago about sKerry and his military records.

I think the privacy issue here relates to Obama’s adoption by Sotero. Birth records are typically sealed by court order in the event of adoption. That is why it is often difficult for adopted children to discover in adulthood who their birth parent(s) are. I don't recall reading that *all* birth records in Hawaii are sealed, but my recollection could be faulty. If they are all sealed, that would be quite odd.

What impact would a foreign adoption have on U.S. birth records? If it did, in fact, happen at all?

All it will take is something like the ‘contract with America’ to awaken conservatives. The Dim’s better be careful, if they don’t get their super majority in congress yet get all cocky they could “awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.” in 2010.

Do we know when and where Lolo Soetero first adopted Obama? Obama’s mother met Soetoro in Hawaii when they were both students at UH and married in 1966. Soetoro then went back to his native Indonesia, and about a year later Obama and his mother followed Soetoro to Indonesia. It would have been natural for Soetoro to have adopted Obama in Hawaii when he married Obama’s mother. That he was also “adopted” while in Indonesia may have been a requirement of that country's laws. In any case, if there was a valid marriage and adoption in Hawaii, Obama’s mother could have petitioned the Hawaiian court at any time thereafter to seal the birth records.

I used to think that there was something embarrassing to Obama on his official birth certificate that he wanted to keep from the public. I am beginning to think that the poor bastard is only now fully realizing that he doesn't really know who the h@%% he is; that his “memoirs” were a mixture of lies told by his mother and grandmother, along with some wishful thinking on his part.

Not if Soetoro was an Indonesian national. He was here on a student visa. He might adopt under Indonesian law but not U.S.
