The Berg suit got tossed, but it looks like this New Jersey guy has actually got some Supreme eyeballs on his case.

But with Obama - there is no law. Its Alinsky style anarchy.

Without a doubt. He MUST be held accountable. As ANYONE running for this office should have been.
careful now
every time these discussions heat up on this forum, it seems to suffer a mysterious crash
(maybe I am paranoid but that does not mean someone is not watching....)
Hope against hope ping.
But, it's too bad that Bama's fraudulent Selective Service card isn't included.
The American people have elected a lying thug to the Presidency, IMO.
Where is the proof that Berg’s case was ‘tossed’?
So you’re stating Berg’s case is dead and finished....is that correct?
I read his blog...interesting. BTTT
The Berg suit got tossed
When?...........
I thought there was a thread here re: Berg’s case being denied.
It was dismissed by the U.S. District Court. Whether he has appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, I do not know.
I knew the answer. It’s here if you bother to look http://www.obamacrimes.com/
I do not understand the problem with his birth certificate. His mother was a natural-born American, right? So wherever he was born, he is an American - just like John McCain was not born in America but is an American. This is a red herring, I believe.
Correction, according to Berg’s site his case is pending at the Supreme Court on a Writ. I did not hear about his appeal, and my post was really only addressing the Donofrio case. Sorry for the bad steer.
Before the election.
Nope.....She could not pass on citizenship. She failed to quality for that.
There is speculation as to whether he was born in HI. The hospital he said he was born in did not exist at that time. His relatives in Africa have said he was born in Kenya. He moved to Indonesia as a child with his mother and was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, thus, becoming an Indonesian citizen. It is not known if he ever renounced that Indonesian citizenship when he moved back to the US and turned 18. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship.
Lots of questions and no sure proof of his American citizenship.
Kenyan Born US President bump.
