Wonder if Prairie Radio reaches E. Montana. I have an old friend there, has been a real conservative all her life, husband worked for gov’t but retired abt. l0 years ago & is farming now. I think I’ll call her. She also is a writer, or was—she may get really involved again. Just talked to local people & the minute I mentioned Hussein may not be eligible, they got fired up, on the same page; one had been to a city north of here where a group of people were set ;up with tables & info about this! Word i s getting out slower than we’d like, but it can’t be stopped. We’re the Rushes, Hannitys, Malkins et al! And we’re all savages & savagettes!

Good job. If they have internet and a PC they can listen to lan or Prarie Radio.

We all need to start calling the radio shows on Monday to support Leo.

You can listen to the rebroadcasts and I think Leo will be on Monday night on Lan and Prarie. You will be very inspired by Leo’s passion for the citizenry and for The Constitution.

Leo, Lan Lanphere, the people at Prarie Radio are incredible patriots who are defending The Constitution.

We just have to ensure we don’t sound like stereotypical Right Wing conspiracy nuts when

Gotta say, a lot of the n00bs sound exactly like that. Makes us look silly and not sure if they are just stirring things up amongst themselves to add the clown car atmosphere.

Nothing is gonna happen with this anymore than the idiots indicting Bush and Cheney. JMO

“Leo, you have my total support and prayers! You are doing God’s work here!”
-

Here, here!! I second that. God Bless you, Leo. My heart goes out to you. I have been through something similar with the whole following, phone thing. It’s NOT your imagination. People who speak up and don’t cave into intimidation, get this treatment from “the powers that be”. Keep your head up and pray for God’s continued guidance and protection. IN GOD WE TRUST not gov’t!!

If we can get in to the talkers, Rush airs out here at 9AM followed by Hannity. Could end run the screeners by ‘wanting to talk about’ election fraud/ACORN’ then if we can get to Rush, start w/ACORN etc. then mention the Court case/s & how it’s becoming widely known that Barry was born elsewhere. I would bet the farm that there have been l00K calls to talk shows wanting info on this and can’t get access—or get cut off by host.

The end run idea is a good one. I still think if thousands call asking about Leo Donofrio’s case then at least one might have the guts to mention it.

Savage and Levin are always angry and tough - well here is their chance to show some courage. I got through to Savage once but he usually does not take cell calls. The first thing they ask is if you are on a cell.

Drudge had the guts to stand up to the Clintons but he appears to be a coward now.

Well Justice Thomas may think it has merit and hopefully 4 more Justices come to the same conclusion.

BTW - Leo Donofrio’s case is against McCain and Obama.

Blame the Democrat news produced by ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN which report dishonesty and distortions about Republicans, the military and the McCain/Palin ticket- propaganda for the Democrats disguised as news. Blame the “news libs” for conning the large number of Americans who don’t pay tax although they voted for Obama for the easy free handout. Blame ACORN for fraudulently signing up voters who are not eligible to vote...... Petition Obama “out the door!”

Maybe these talkers are afraid of being called racists, and they’re waiting for the grassroots ‘critical mass’. Yes, the more calls they get, the more testosterone they’ll acquire.

Al you say is true dear one...and belllllieve me when I say...without my shouting to to the heavens....I do blame them all!
They all will answer to One higher than we. And I pray sooner, rather than later! ;-)

I work really hard to keep my bp down about this.
So, off went my tv in ‘06 when we lost the House and Senate.
I turned it on to watch the election coverage this past month, and, after the election, promptly turned it off again.
I can’t stand to listen to them any longer.

I refuse to do that to myself.
What little news I get is here, and I can click it off rather than hear it.

All the media does is lie anyway, so hopefully, to their own demise.

I know poeple who are hoping against hope that Christ will come. I just don’t know.

Or something more worldly might happen. And a lot of folks have hope in this. I don’t....but I hear it a lot. And maybe it will happen! ;-)

“Thanks, BP2, that’s the same link I posted Lmo56. I’m still curious about Lmo56’s assertion that SCOTUS has previously affirmed these laws as Constitutional”

****

ACTUALLY, I DO perform a bit of research before posting ...

Twenty-four states have laws to punish faithless electors. While no faithless elector has ever been punished, the constitutionality of state pledge laws was brought before the Supreme Court in 1952 (Ray v. Blair, 343 U.S. 214).

The court ruled in favor of the state’s right to require electors to pledge to vote for their party’s nominee, as well as to remove electors who refuse to pledge.

Once the elector has voted, their vote can only be changed in states such as Michigan and Minnesota, where votes other than those pledged are rendered invalid.

However, in all twenty-four states, a faithless elector may only be punished after he or she votes.

The Supreme Court ruled that electors are acting as a function of the state, not the federal government, and therefore states have the right to govern electors. This is because all electors are elected via state elections on Election Day and meet in their respective state capitals which is usually the third Monday after the second Wednesday in December. The votes are then delivered to Congress which then tallys the votes.

The constitutionality of state laws punishing electors for actually casting a faithless vote, rather than refusing to pledge, has never been decided by the Supreme Court.

The laws have been affirmed - however, the PUNISHMENT has not since no Elector has EVER been punished ... so far.
