It seems that each week the politically correct of the United Kingdom keep on finding new ways to bow down to Islam. (Thankfully not all Brits are pc) This time they are planning on changing the name of an historic building which was called Saracen's Head out of fear of offending the Muslim community. The building has been owned by the Church since 1930 and in 2004 a Reverend Morris said that the name was offensive to Muslims.

Kind of makes you wonder how far things will slide before they and we realize it is too late to do anything about it.

Great Britain is short for “greater Britain” i.e. “big” Britain.
Does that mean a pub called the King’s head is offensive to the monarchy? No, in fact most pubs called the Kings head used to be called the Popes head. Hint. The name wasnt changed to avoid offending catholics.
Actually this has sod all to do with Islam.
Sack races on school sports days have been banned in many schools, simply because the school has been told it cannot take the risk of being sued unless it insures itself.
Even though the likelihood of litigation is negligible, the school has to either pay an extortionate sum for indemnity insurance, or cancel the event.
Fifteen years ago, schools wouldn’t have even thought it possible that parents would sue over the least little trivial accident, but to the $40k a year risk assessment consultant, that risk is REAL and it is PLAUSIBLE, thanks to an ambulance chasing, “No win no fee” compensation culture.
Bizarrely, this logic also creates risks.
In many hospitals you can’t smoke anywhere on hospital grounds, even if you’re in the middle of a field half a mile from the nearest building - in case someone suffers from secondary smoke inhalation ON THE PREMISES.
However, you can smoke if you’re prepared to stand on the road outside the hospital and dodge the traffic while you’re at it.
Because if you do get creamed all over the road, it’s Not The Hospital’s Fault.
In the UK, people can sue for sexual harrassment, racial abuse, discrimination against the disabled or aged, and indeed against religious hatred.
This lunacy all started with things like having to put “Warning-may contain Nuts” on a nut cutlet, “Warning - hot” on styrofoam cups of coffee, dictats to the effect that “blind” people should be called “visually impaired” and the like.
The loony left, after decrying this sort of thing for two decades, implmented it with bells on the minute they got into power.
If an ambulance-chasing “no win no fee” lawyer can dream up some way of taking the name of a church to court on the basis of it displaying religious hatred, and the risk assessors figure out how that could happen, then the risk assessors have no option; they HAVE TO report it.
And that’s what’s happened here.
The same sort of madness happens when the European Union reaches an agreement on a policy which tells the member states to do ABC.
The French don’t bother to implement A, B or C if they don’t like A, B or C.
The Germans implement ABC.
The British government, which is made up of loony lefties, tells the British public that it will do ABCDEFGHIJKLM in line with EU regulation.
Sad isn’t it? If Muslims take over they will not return the favor.

I miss the ‘good old days’ when the enemy - preparing to invade - donned uniforms - piled into warships with guns and ammo, raised their national flag and set sail.

This kind of crap has got to stop. Nations have a perfect right to their own culture and if the damn Muslims don’t like it they can go back to Muslimlands. If you don’t like western ways then stay away..we all should take the stance the Aussie PM did awhile back when he put out his letter telling these people that if they refuse to assimilate then don’t let the door hit you in the butt on the way out of OUR country ( or words to that effect )
