3rd candidate his lawsuit is on:

Roger Calero was born in Nicaragua in 1969. He and his family fled via Los Angeles, California in 1985. Calero is now a permanent resident alien (holding a green card) since 1990. While in Los Angeles, Calero joined a socialist movement and helped mobilize support against Proposition 187 in the early 90s.

Calero was convicted of felony sale of marijuana in 1988. In December 2002, immigration police arrested Calero upon his return to the United States at the Houston International Airport from reporting assignments at a conference held in Havana, Cuba, protesting the Free Trade Area of the Americas. He was threatened with deportation in 2002 as a result of his previous conviction in 1988.

The SWP considered the conviction to have been a political attack and launched a huge campaign in defense of Calero, mobilizing the party’s members and supporters in the U.S. and all over the world. Eventually, the U.S. government gave in to the protests and released Calero in 2003 and cancelled the deportation. The same year, Calero went on an international tour, visiting not only the major cities in the US, but also Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Iceland to greet his supporters.

Oh, I certainly do think he was vetted, but not by the sort of authority that you mean. He's perfect to create precedent for presidential candidates who are not natural born citizens. Funny, how both major parties fielded candidates with this citizenship issue this year, isn't it? Funny, how they both support a breakdown in citizenship via support for illegal aliens, too. Citizens of the world dislike the United States Constitution. It's a thorn in their sides.

I spoke to Mr Strunk yesterday and he said that the case is primarily as stated above - that it focuses on the travel records of Obama’s mother and to limit the NY electors.
It is somewhat limited and went through a federal court appeal but the more cases in front of SCOTUS the better.
He said he sent the file on Friday to Justice Ginsberg who covers the 2nd Circuit

IMO, it is much more than a media blackout. It is damn spooky.

Our county organization was host to a McCain HQ. Donofrio LIVES in our county.

One of the candidates named in this suit against Nina Wells (our state secy) was a criminal alien barred by the INS from entering the USA in 1988.

I've been sending Donofrio’s updates to our County, Local and former McCain info lists. I've been trying to call significantly involved individuals from the orgs to see if we can set up a meeting and either have Donofrio out to it or help, support him, anything.

NO ONE will take my calls, answer my emails, respond in anyway.

I've entered the Twilight Zone.

I like Strunk’s case because the mother is dead. Can you get a person’s travel records under FOIA? And what does it show. If you go in and out of the country they just stamp your passport. How is that documented in some file?

Of course, there is this little tidbit:

A man who is an exile from Cuba, participated in the bay of pigs, and has friends that are former CIA operatives claimed that she went to Cuba and was pregnant when she left... IF..and this is a big IF...he really wrote that email...there would be info on her with the government.
