Dr. Orly Taitz (attorney on Keyes’ case) is calling what happened to Cort treason. She is just as angry as Leo and wants the people of America to rise up. She said a foreigner is going to preside over our country and it will be treasonous.

Wake up everybody in the country!!!!!

He needs to understand as frodo did that it is the burden of carrying the ring falls on one person and no one else can carry that burden for him and if he falls than the darkness will desend on all mankind and the darkness will prevail.

It is appointed to him to bear this burden and no one else.

Yes, that is what I mean. It has been appointed to him to carry this burden, no one else.

If this other person whose filing was sent somewhere was supposed to be heard it will. But only when it is supposed to be, not before.

He must walk the path he has been shown and not waiver.

Good enough place to bump this head scratcher of a thread.

This is real life. This is the United States Constitution we are talking about.

Not some fantasy play action game you and your zit-faced teenage friends play instead of building hot rods and chasing girls like you should be doing.

Lord of the Rings is a fair comparison (tongue in cheek.) Light vs dark, good vs evil, Donofrio vs SCOTUS, SCOTUS Clerk Bickell, an army of DNC lawyers, Obama, the DNC, both houses of Congress, etc.

With that explanation, one word comes to mind:

Do the rules of SCOTUS prevent Cort from going tomorrow in person with additional copies?

What in the world prevents him from showing up at SCOTUS 8am tomorrow morning with it in his hand?

I wonder what kind of entry that should have for sending a case to be tested for anthrax.

Didn't Ginsburg already reject Cort's brief? For it to be considered by the USSC that would mean Scalia in the second submittal would have had to agree to it and there was no guarantee that would have happened.

Donofrio has a right to be angry and maybe they can find a way to get the paperwork resubmitted directly in the next day or two but he needs to stay calm and continue working on his own case. He seemed pretty confident that it was strong and at least the Court is taking an interest in it, unlike any of the media.

Then he should have known that all mail goes through anthrax testing. I, and other Freepers have mentioned this when talking about letters to governmental agencies.

Sorry he didn’t know.
