Why Obama's BC was Sealed?

So, is it possible that the reason the questionable/phony BCs were posted on the web is because Obama never authorized the release of his BC to begin with?.. that those were posted on his behalf by someone else. It only makes sense that he/his henchmen would just send the posted BC to SCOTUS to end the lawsuits, if it was a legitimate copy.
If I understand correctly there would be THREE BCs/COLBs for Obama somewhere: The original signed by a Doctor/notary and listing the hospital/parents etc.(sealed by HI), the new exchanged Hawaiian one(on record and in his possession), and the COLB that was posted on the web(false/incomplete). Correct?

No, only two. I guess you didn’t read my report. There never was a Certification of Live Birth for Obama and what was posted online is a totally fabricated image. The first birth certificate is from Kenya, and is the one in a sealed envelope at Hawaii’s vital Records, and the second one was the Hawaiian Certificate of Live birth issued to his mother.

I think that the folks that voted for this toad thought that he was qualified because the Democrats chose him to be their candidate and figured that they had taken care of vetting him to make sure that he was qualified. Perhaps they were wrong about that. It does not make sense to me that just because the majority of people voted for him makes him qualified.
