Why else would he spend 800 thousand dollars with 3 law firms to ensure his BC is not released.

Why not just release the birth certificate? Or in the words of Rev Manning of Harlem...that “doggone’ birth certificate.

I think what you will eventually find...one day...is that his date of birth isn’t what he has advertised. I think his mother was pregnant when she left Seattle...and thus the Kenyan guy has no real bearing on this entire “legend”.

This is the simplest way of explaining the whole sealed envelop episode and the necessity of going this far.

But I would also suggest this. The simplest fix to this...is to find one state of the fifty where you would mandate the candidate running for president must show his birth certificate and have a copy ready to view at the state capital...to run for the presidency. If you have only one state with this act in place...then he can only run in 49 states...and the reputation from being a 49-state guy....makes him a fool in another twenty states.

The statutes you cite are the reasons everyone is asking for a certified vault copy of O's BC. Means it is possible for him to have a certificate of birth on file in Hawaii showing he was born in Kenya.

Governor Lindle sealed his birth record to keep the press and others from obtaining a copy without O's consent. Speculation also is that she sealed it so no-one could get their hands on it and make changes.

Whenever a Hawaiian birth certificate is requested for a child born outside of Hawaii, the parent has to surrender the existing birth certificate which is then sealed and the new one is issued.

The same procedure is used for requesting a change to an existing birth certificate.

Which can be done by anyone at any age, if they provide proof of residency in Hawaii for one year prior.
